Fantastic experience: Great place to train by far the best instructor I been training with full fitness training to fighting fit their is classes for all levels. Don't be nervous starting all the adult classes make you feel at ease unlike some others gym's I have checked out. Also he doesn't give out belts unless earned so everyone knows that the standard of training is second to none. Bungie really nice guy he's been a fighter now trainer so knows how to get the best out of a person. Give it a go you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: A fantastic, friendly, family run martial arts gym/dojo which also has fitness classes and yoga. The martial arts include Wado Karate and kickboxing, with junior/children's classes and senior grade/adult classes. The instructors/Senseis are brilliant, the gym is fully equipped with punch bags and pads, etc and the classes are great. The instructors cater for complete beginners right up to the very elite. There is a viewing area where parents can watch the classes shoild they choose. Also home to Becky's Heavenly Holistics which offers massage, spray tanning and other holistic therapies. I have had a wonderful massage from Becky, very reasonable and felt wonderful after.
