Fantastic experience: Best gym in Newcastle. First day I walked in, I said “I’m home” and dropped my membership from a commercial gym. Great selection of high quality Panatta machines, dumbbells up to 80Kg and an amazing community of members. Always feel welcomed and have Team Alpha pushing everyone to better themselves. Absolutely love this place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great people and a great atmosphere! The results speak for themselves. Everyone helps everyone out, it a great gym community. The staff are also great. I am currently getting Personal Training with both Connor and Sam and my results have been better than expected. They also give you a diet plan which is very simple and easy to follow which helps massively. I would highly recommend this gym facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely top class facility from top to bottom, zero expense spared on not only the equipment but the minor details such as personal customer care, nutritional advice, structured training programs and all round community feel. In such an expansive and competitive industry it is so tempting to branch out and speed up growth with more options available to clients which I think in many cases is great however, the attention to detail in this facility is what sets it apart, i have been to many gyms both private and commercial in my years of training but theres just something about this place you can't unsee or unfeel once you've experienced it. People like two things in life, to hear their own name and to feel special, guarantee both will be fully catered for here with many more top quality perks to boot. Very well done to the owners and staff - tip of the hat :)
