Fantastic experience: This is my favourite hotel in Chester. Fantastic staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I love the pool and spa, lovely environment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class. Louise and her team, (Ben, Ewan, Jake, and Billy) go out of their respective ways to cater to my requirements and I've never felt more welcome anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Pool is always warm and clean, great for the kids because they have the shallow part with toys. Staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and tidy, you never have to wait and there's a big variety of equipment. Changing rooms are also well maintained. With free lockers and hair dryers etc. Lovely place, very family friendly ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since early in the year. My little girl loves the Tuesday swim class and playing in the pool in general. The classes are great with a wide range of times. The staff are lovely and always ready to help.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym upgrades it's kitted out with the latest equipment, and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. kid friendly and my kids love the swimming pool.

Members are also friendly and talkative, Very clean gym and poolside, with new equipment always getting added to the gym which is a bonus ! In the heart of the city centre I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Club Motivation is fantastic! The staff are super friendly & helpful. The gym has all the top quality equipment you need for a full body work out & the pool is lovely & warm with a jacuzzi, sauna & steam room to relax in. My children love coming here too they have pool toys in the shallow section which they enjoy playing with. The club offers a great range of classes too with brilliant instructors! The prices are very reasonable for memberships & totally worth it for what’s included.

Positive experience: Nice pool if it's not busy the gym the same club staff extremely helpful and polite. I enjoy going there. Car park can be very busy though.

Fantastic experience: Staff are polite enough, the establishment is spotless and provide small details like make up remover, shampoo, hairdryers etc at no extra cost but no rules have to be followed if youre staying at the hotel, if you live in chester and pay for private membership it's not worth it at all, my 5 year old daughter took a ball to the face and no staff to be seen even though their rules are printed around the pool. For anyone visiting Chester then it's a great hotel but if you're from Chester like me it's a waste of money and the staff couldn't care less
