Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, there is a 'Saga' class on Wednesday mornings for a general light workout and stretching. There are enough machines to suit all requirements and a nice friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a good feel, my daughter and I have been really welcomed. Loads of helpful people around who will talk you through the equipment. Great staff, friendly and encouraging. Perfect place for newbies and experienced gym goers

Fantastic experience: I don't actually use this gym anymore but that's only due to having facilities at work. I did join another gym a little while back and what I would say is this place is head and shoulders above any of the big chain open plan soulless gyms. This place is well thought out, enjoyable with plenty of kit. The membership offers are fantastic. If you are looking for a new gym then I highly recommend this place. If I ever require a gym in the future then I for sure will be here.

A realm where the clang of metal is a symphony and the air smells of determination (and a hint of disinfectant). Walking into this gym was no mere act of casual exercise—it was my baptism into a world of Herculean heroes and iron warriors, a location of beauty only akin to the streets of Venice or the grand canyon. Would recommend 10/10

Negative experience: My wife joined Fitness 24 in March 2023 with the sole intention of using the sauna and steam rooms—she had no interest in the gym or any other facilities. These specific amenities were, however, out of commission for about 5 months, making our £29/month membership essentially futile for the services we specifically desired. When we sought to address this with the owner, the conversation unfortunately deteriorated rapidly. The owner tried to trivialise our concerns by insinuating that the sauna and steam rooms were "free bonus facilities." However, when asked if these were free to the public, he was forced to admit that one has to be a paying member to access them. His argument was misleading and seemed like a cheap tactic to avoid accountability. We proposed what we believed to be a fair compromise: a 50% refund of the membership fees we had paid, given that my wife never used any of the other facilities during this period. The only resolution offered by the owner was to cancel our membership without the typical 50% cancellation charge for the rest of the year, missing the point that we had paid for a service we didn't receive for months. The owner escalated the conversation, even suggesting we "take him to court," displaying an alarming lack of customer care and business acumen. The only redeeming aspect of Fitness 24 is the gym staff, who were unfailingly polite and humble. It's a shame the owner can't learn a thing or two about customer service from his own employees. We have cancelled our membership, and I strongly recommend others to carefully consider whether this gym aligns with their expectations of service and value before joining.

Fantastic experience: I left gosport leisure centre to join here,I’ve been made to welcome ,I’ve been shown how to use the machines.the leisure centre charged me £10 for an induction .they are friendly and very helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: I left gosport leisure centre for Fitness 24 2 years ago and I love it. I personally do powerlifting so this gym is perfect as it has 3 combo racks one being eleiko along with lots of calibrated rouge and eleiko plates. There is also two deadlifting platforms with a jack to lift the bar up. I really enjoy the free weights section as there’s so much variety. The cardio equipment is also great. The staff are super friendly and happy to help with anything. Just a great gym experience:)

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the Gosport and Fareham by a mile. It's a gym for everyone.Great cardio sweet upstairs, loads of Nautilus type machines and loads of plate loaded machines. Strongman and powerlifting areas plus equipment. Powerlifting bars, calibrated weights power cage, 3 squat combs racks and a deadlift platform.
