Fantastic experience: The best gym in Inverness by far and visit here often when I visit Inverness. If there was a similar gym in Aberdeen at a affordable price I would be joining in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: It has been ten years since I have been to Gym 300 and all I can say is I am so glad I went back ! The gym is absolutely incredible. It has everything you could ever ask for and more. If you are looking for a comprehensive no messing around gym then this is the one for you ! Give it a try and I’m sure the staff will be more than happy to get you started on your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym, with polite, friendly and helpful staff. The range of equipment is fantastic and you never have to wait to get onto a piece of training equipment. The gym is 24x7 hours per day. Overall a 5 star gym

Fantastic experience: Was back up for Christmas joined for the week at gym 300 I used to train here when I lived in Inverness 9 year ago. It’s still my go to place for training when I’m back home for a short stay. It’s fantastic I know of MAYBE! one gym in Glasgow that’s like this place I wish gym 300 was in Glasgow it’s a great gym friendly staff and the equipment in the gym is brilliant it has everything! Highly recommend this place!!!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly family owned gym. Keen to encourage all stages of fitness, weight lifting & body building levels. Great equipment well maintained. With professional advice on supplements, i.e., protein powders, what is best for you. Not trying to sell what you don't need in the gym. The only thing is music can be suspect at times

Negative experience: Not a friendly gym in the slightest it's run by two of the most arrogant people ( Tom & Nicola )I've ever met. If you use this gym don't be surprised when their FAULTY equipment brakes while using it and then the owners will expect and demand that you have to pay for the damages even if it causes damage to your personal property. This isn't a once of incident it's happened numerous of time's. Tom is also known for his angry outbursts towards members. They're uncooperative when dealing with them and refuse to give and display their insurance policy which makes it obvious they don't have any so having a workout here your doing so at your own risk or if they get their way will end up costing you a lot of money. I wouldn't of giving them any stars but I had to give one to post this....

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym!!! One of the best old badass gyms I ever entered abroad!!! Great stuff, a load of raw massive machines and perfect vibes in the background. Pricing absolutely affordable.... Def. Worth a visit

Fantastic experience: I travelled up from London. Looking for somewhere to train/workout in Inverness. Gym 300 had a week membership which I signed up to. The gym was well equipment with plenty of free weights and resistance machines. The staff were friendly. Overall I am very happy as I was able to maintain my gains.

Fantastic experience: Superb Gym. Very clean and well maintained, continually improving available equipment. The owners are very well informed and offer tips and experties at will. Reasonable rates for the level of gym. Could not recommend enough.
