Fantastic experience: Stopped in while travelling for a couple days. Staff were very friendly. Only charged 8pound for day pass. No sign up or silly induction. Great gym all round

Fantastic experience: In the area for a few days so went on a Saturday, early afternoon and it wasn’t busy. Good equipment, plate loaded and pin loaded machines. Some older bits too which are nice to use as they hit muscles from a different angle than the generic kit that most gyms have. Music was good (if you like 90’s rap and hip hop), not cheesy stuff either. Also music was not too loud which is good. Will be going back to train legs as they have some good equipment.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my first week here, and I'm really happy with the quality and quantity of equipment, as well as the service. Lots of nice extras, like a shake bar, proper deadlift platforms, a decline Olympic bench, and steel fractional plates (no need to cart my chunky rubber ones around with me). Mornings are never crowded, and there are multiple stations for every major exercise, so I haven’t had to wait for equipment. Staff are nice, and the clientele seems cool. Good music, too.

Negative experience: If your a normal person an want to use the gym at “busy periods” there is only one shower room an a small cupboard for you to change in. Good luck them telling you this before being told to sign up online, an instantly slapped with terms before even getting the chance to look. For the extra 5 minute cardio you can go to westgate for less money

Fantastic experience: Bought a day pass and loved it here. Great music, atmosphere and equipment. Wasn’t busy when I went either. Now I have a membership here

Fantastic experience: Been twice on a Saturday morning. - lots of equipment, mainly weights - lots of heavy weights - some new and some old machines - not busy at all - not a frequent user, paid using Hussle with Tesco vouchers
