The people here truly make you feel welcomed, adding to the overall positive experience. I have been working with one of their PT's, Jay, and he's truly outstanding! What really sets Jay apart is his meticulous attention to detail. He diligently tracks all workouts and monitors our progress, ensuring we're improving at just the right pace. His thoughtful guidance and genuine interest in our success create a welcoming and supportive environment. Jay isn't only knowledgeable about all things fitness; he's also incredibly approachable and always ready to lend a hand. Whether it's during our sessions or through a quick text, he's there to answer any queries I have. The results are evident—I'm not only feeling stronger, but I'm also more excited about exercising than ever before. If you're considering a trainer, I highly recommend Jay. His personalised approach hasn't just improved my fitness; it's completely changed my outlook on working out!

Fantastic experience: Jay's the man! Before joining I was already stoked on the gym's setup. Great selection and distribution of equipment/weights across both floors and an upstairs studio. Bodybuilding(ish) style gym with friendly folks. Ive had a few sessions with Jay just to get accustomed with all the equipment. definitely worth checking out.

Positive experience: I mainly do circuits at the gymn and I can honestly say that Hedda's class is seriously really good and seriously always very challenging. Since she'd started her classes has only gotten better. Sandie who's one of the newer circuit trainers brings something fresh and new, bringing more focus on core working exercises and finishes off by throwing in physical games activity at the end of the session which is fun with an added bit of sweat. Evolve keep it up.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! The classes are challenging and really fun, and my day is never complete without attending one. I especially love Hedda’s classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The sense of community here makes it hard to skip a session.

Fantastic experience: Hedda’s classes are … they cater both to your physical and mental health! There’s a good mixture of activities. She encourages you to push yourself, as well staying within your own limits. The classes are inclusive - no one feels out of place … and this is because of Hedda’s ability to mix her amazing energy with expertise. My physical fitness has vastly improved since going to Hedda’s classes. Oh and not forgetting to mention - they are FUN!!! She honestly deserves some kind of OBE for services to community for these classes! Love!❤️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I used to hop between different gyms, always seeking a new experience and the widest variety of equipment. About eight months ago, I visited Evolve Gym a few times and appreciated its cleanliness and overall vibe (although very male-dominant). Despite it being only 15 minutes from my house, I hadn't settled on a "home gym" yet. Three months ago, I decided to stop gym-hopping and got a membership here. The more I visited, the better I got to know the members and staff, Jay caught my attention because as someone with many PTs before, I recognize that Jay is knowledgeable and good at his craft, providing help and insights. I have appreciated Jays mentorship and training these past 3 months. It's difficult to put into words the impact a supportive community can have on someone looking to grow inside and outside the gym. The equipment here is top-notch, the bathrooms are always clean.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a gem, offering ample space for a variety of workouts with high-quality gym equipment. I joined because of my personal trainer, Jay, who customizes diet plans and workout routines to meet your specific needs at a really high standard.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few months now and training with PT - Jay Shreddinger. As a PT, Jay always encourages and trains hard using on occasion his own fitness equipment (Blazepods, Inertia Wave, SandDune) to really get the best out of a workout. Additionally using the varied equipment Evolve has over 2 floors is fantastic and a great use of space. So many different machines and equipment to get all the muscle groups working. Gym-goers seem more focussed in comparison to the usual gym chains. Tried a few other gyms before, but defo recommend Evolve !

Fantastic experience: Evolve is an independently run gym in London. If you’re serious about getting into shape this is the gym for you. Filled to the brim with Hammer Strength equipment and a huge space to train. Everything is very clean and tidy, staff are really friendly and there’s a car park. By far the BEST gym about. The planning and finer details gone into the gym is fantastic. Where else can you find a gym that has a Physiotherapy clinic, a mini health bar And barbers all under one roof?! Come join Team Evolve, we are a family, not just members.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly environment with Great classes, especially Hedda’s Tuesday night - she’s the best instructor I’ve had, High energy, different exercises each week, super tough workout but achievable!

Fantastic experience: Listen!!! If you’re not at this gym, especially for the Tuesday and Thursday classes, just say you don’t care that much about your fitness! The gym has all the machines you need to get a good session(even the ones you didn’t know you needed)! The icing on the cake though is the classes!! Let’s be honest some of us go in the gym and just mess around with the machines and treadmills. But the only way to really get the most bang for your buck is to go to the classes!! They are challenging but rewarding! And Coach Hedda…Top Tier!! And don’t slack cause even when you think she can’t see you, she can see you haha!

Fantastic experience: Evolve is a great place to train, lovely community feel and fab class of equipment. I mainly use it for my PT sessions and train with Jay Shreddinger. He’s a fantastic PT cannot recommend him enough. His form of training and use of equipment such as the landline, blazepods, inertia wave is high class and unique and he is a friendly PT, expert in his field and a fab mentor. I thoroughly enjoy my PT sessions with him he is truly excellent and still training with him.

Fantastic experience: For someone who has been a member of many local gyms near the Harrow area, I can safely say Evolve Gym, Ruislip tops them all. It is clean and well equipped with a variety of equipments and machines. But what makes this gym extra special to me is the community vibe, the safe space energy and the amazing music which creates the perfect environment for a workout. Its been a second home for me since August 2018 and my mental and physical health wouldn’t be where it is if it wasn’t for Evolve Gym!

All PT sessions that I have had have pushed me to my limits, as well as great sports therapy appointments to help with recovery. Great to be able to get good quality all around under one roof. Fantastic experience: I found the environment clean and there is consistency in the cleaning schedule. It is apparent Covid 19 regulations are practised from the time you enter the building. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to try the taster session with a PT. You will find the workouts very effective and I’m sure you would want to book more sessions as the PT’s are highly experienced and trailer the workouts to your needs and body goals. Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym, whatever your goal or level of fitness. High quality equipment, convenient location, reasonably priced memberships and friendly staff that help you feel at ease. There’s a really great vibe at Evolve which you just don’t get at chain gyms. The music is always on point, even better for the odd days when you forget your headphones. It’s also quite a positive and encouraging environment if you’re new to fitness. The communication and effort put in by the team during the pandemic was very commendable. I’m really pleased with the service and the results I’ve achieved at this gym over the past 2 years. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: First time signing up to the gym and seeing a whole week through!!!(with rest days of course). . What I noticed about evolve gym is the team were very welcoming and humble, the people attending the gym look like their having fun or look determined which wasn’t intimidating in anyway, people are friendly offer help or advice when working out it’s a nice community to join especially for new people that are worried about going to a gym and looking silly or unsure of what to do or how to do. I don’t really intend on going to any other gym at this stage happy and content with these guys x

Fantastic experience: FANTASTIC GYM! It has a real family feel and everybody wants the best for everyone who walks through the door. Their Colindale gym has exactly the same feel. Other than the equipment and staff, where else can you get a shake and a greeting from a gorgeous French Bulldog 10/10

Fantastic experience: What I love about this gym is that it does not feel like a gym. It feels like a community of people with a common goal. Every level of fitness is catered to. The People: Everyone that works there is so welcoming and friendly, even though they turn into army commanders during classes. Lol. I have also noticed how they are very close, especially Jake and Jamie that I am convinced are brothers. Everyone gels well and covers each other when they need to. The classes: If you need a proper workout but you do not know your way around the different equipment, not to worry! The classes are no joke! The trainers push you to your limit and like me, you will hate them through the class but love them once it's over. The classes are that good.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Evolve Ruislip since it opened! And honestly this gym is just amazing ! This gym is fully equipped with the best machines and weights . I attend most of the 6.30 am classes and I have always walked away feeling like I have done the best workout . Ladies I also use the free weight section all the time and never felt like this was a no go zone just for the men! The gym is always clean and has a great atmosphere . Thanks to all the staff for making me feel welcome all the time ! Keep it up!!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Super clean. Friendly staff. I come here to mainly get my cardio in and love the space. The gym also has spinning classes and a large seperate training room. Also has clean showers and changing rooms which makes this gym stand out for me. Such good value for money. PS: They also have the best protien shakes I have ever had! - Try the peanut butter choc with banana!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym which is clean, has friendly staff and members, a peaceful atmosphere and with music that will motivate you, then look no further. I have been to many gyms over the years and Evolve tops them all with the latest equipment and an environment where I feel so comfortable in, it feels like a second home. There are a wide range of 30 minute classes which caters for all fitness levels but also at times that is convenient and fits around members busy schedules. These classes really do help give you a great workout which comes with friendly advice and assistance from knowledgeable and trust worthy staff. Staff and trainers are always welcoming and with easy accessibility and parking, I highly recommend Evolve as your choice of gym. Personally, the results that I am seeing speak for themselves :-)

Negative experience: Good gym, NOT great staff & PT’s. Very CLIQUEY environment. If you are friends/ acquaintances with the workers then you are allowed in and able to act like you ‘own’ the gym. I have noticed this several times, and unfortunately one of my male friends couldn’t have access to many of the machines as the ‘friends’ of the staff were doing circuits on the machines and took over. But as a female i have been unprofessionally approached by a PT. I will not be paying £40pm to feel like i’m in a cliquey social club. People want to work out in a proper gym environment and not feel like they’re entering a ‘mean girls’ environment . Mr S- please keep on top of your employees.

Fantastic experience: I joined Evolve in April after researching a lot of gyms in the area, it’s constantly evolving which lives up to it’s name with new equipment to the smaller details like barbell clamp collars, the team are always friendly and happy to assist also I was experiencing a sports injury and signposted to Jason Tse owner of Source Performance who deals with rehab. The atmosphere within the gym is excellent as most of the members are focused on health and fitness with some light banter which makes it more enjoyable. The addition of the protein shake station is a added bonus I would highly recommended this gym.

Fantastic experience: Credit where credit’s due! I’ve trained at a number of gyms over the years from the likes of Fitness First, Virgin Active, Better-Gym etc.. and Evolve is by far the best one I have trained at yet! The equipment is top notch from a large weights area to a wide range of machines. There are over 5 different classes per day most of which is run in it’s boxing studio and catered for all fitness levels, but not to be taken lightly:)! The overall design has been exceptionally well thought out with a very modern take to it. What makes this place even better is the people who work there and the positive and friendly atmosphere they create! It’s not often something special comes along and this gym is certainly special, I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The best gym that I have been to. Honestly feels like a second home from the moment you enter, you forget all your worries and 100% focused on your training. Sina and his team are fantastic, always welcoming and humble. The people at the gym are amazing and respectable not much of the ego problems you see at other gym. The hygiene is excellent and the space is well maintained. Pretty much all the equipment you need and the functional room with boxing bag is a real winner. My advice is to get down there and train a session. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Evolve Ruislip since the gym opened on 1st January 2018. It impressed me then, and it will impress any prospective new member joining in 2019 even more. The gym itself has 'evolved' since, with frequent additions to their already expansive and varied equipment arsenal always sparking intrigue, with more still on the way. I personally train for strength and muscle building, and I can say that they are certainly not lacking in machines the machines and free weights department. Plenty of cardio/conditioning options too, alongside functional elements, and some implements that you will be hard pressed to find in many gyms in nearby. A hard working atmosphere is always present here with lots of camaraderie between members and staff alike, the latter whom I regard as being very approachable and friendly. There are classes available too for those who prefer this route to fitness, I cannot speak for these as I have never taken part but from what I have seen on Instagram, they certainly look intense, engaging and fun. Also available is a sports therapy/rehab centre which may interest some. Whatever your goal, this gym has all the prerequisites to foster your success. Get yourself down there now for a tour, perhaps a day pass and if you are feeling it, a shake from the 'bar', and see what Evolve is about.

Fantastic experience: Can’t fault one thing. I’ve been to a number of gyms around the area and none seem to satisfy me. Joined Evolve last week and it’s been the best decision I’ve made in a while. The clean facilities, state of the art equipment and the general atmosphere has motivated me more than ever.

The classes are worth doing as each trainer really helps you focus on your techniques correctly. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with high quality equipments and staff are very friendly. The atmosphere there is everything you want for a great workout. The classes are amazing as the trainers adapt to all levels of experience. Hygiene of course is always a key concern for a gym goer and I feel at Evolve they have got this right! The machines are always clean and there is even wet wipes for members to clean the benches if a selfish member decide to leave it sweaty. I am a very happy member and look forward to acheiving some great results! Thanks ! :)

Fantastic experience: New equipment, great classes and one on one training sessions are fantastic and really put you through your paces. Love the fact that it has a protein shake station and you can even have rehab or massage for any injuries. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Immaculate gym... by far the best in the area!! Good quality equipment for every type of workout and good selection of classes to choose from, my favourite are HIT and LBT - both challenging but very rewarding!! PT's are all so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, makes such a difference from other gyms. Also, for anyone with sport injuries I would strongly recommend rehabilitation sessions with Sina - he has made huge improvements to my ongoing neck injury!

Fantastic experience: Finally! A gym with trainers that not only have a magnitude of experience within the industry, but are committed to driving clients and seeing results. Unlike most other gyms and trainers I've had experience with in the past, the Evolve trainers actually care and are dedicated to providing guidance and knowledge along the way. Whether it's teaching the correct posture for every exercise or providing detailed nutrition plans and diet tips, you're prepared with the understanding of knowing how to push your body to its limits to get the best outcome. My personal recommendation would be Jake and his boxing classes. I started the journey 3 months ago and I still look forward to every session. Jake is a great teacher/trainer and makes the learning experience fun and most importantly I can see and feel a difference in myself! Thank you Jake!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, the staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable. I found the atmosphere within the gym perfect to help me focus and train to the best of my ability. The premises is clean with a large free weights areas. It also has a vast amount of weights machines available for use. The free classes area a perfect way to push you a little harder to reach your target. I have also used the gyms physio to help me recover from an old reoccuring injury. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Joined Evolve Gym in January and have made good progress with my fitness levels, this is because the staff at Evolve push you to your limits when you do classes and also PT sessions. They know their stuff. I was not one for going to the gym but Evolve is a friendly, professional, and pure quality gym that makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Have been doing PT sessions with Jake (Great trainer), go regularly to boxing , HIT on Wednesdays with Sofia and have done LBT with Arthur and Amy. My husband has had physio from Sina for a neck injury amazing job. They are all amazing.

Been to a few gyms but this one tops them all, been going now since mid January and this gym has it all the quality in equipment and facilities are amazing all the PTs are kind,friendly and helpful.
