Negative experience: Tiny, machines are outdated not very well maintained and are elbow to elbow. 35 a month is too pricey for what it is. Been trying to cancel for over a week and can't get in touch with anyone. No option online or on the app to cancel been into the gym twice to find no staff during peak hours too.

Fantastic experience: Really good equipment I need for my powerlifting program with deadlift areas/squat rack and bench. Everything is well maintained and often looking to improve with new equipment where they can. Open 24 hours all year round. Great gym, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the layout and equipment. Plenty of machines to use and loads of free weight benches. Also has a great martial arts and calisthenics area upstairs. Its always clean with friendly staff.

Positive experience: Gym good if u want you to train hard this gym 4u from boxing bags to strenth condition loads equipment and amazing and for u great location only thing that let me down sauna 2 days and the shower its not the best can be cold u got to wait few mins to up abit other wise I would have give it a 5 honest review

Fantastic experience: This gym has been a saviour in what could be classed as close to my darkest times. I struggle constantly with my mental health but this gym is so open, friendly, professional, never to busy to lend an ear. It has everything you need for a work out or if not working out, everything you need to chill out from sofas and a pool table to food and shakes. Also a barber and massage facilities. The weights and functional training area are great and the assault bike is the work of something ungodly haha but well worth the pain with the full body workout you get. The guys there are great and it feels more of a family there than just a gym. Highly recommend, with top class professionalism and plenty of banter. Not just my gym, OUR gym. Thank you Performance lab My opinion hasn't changed after all these years. Fantastic gym with fantastic people

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've been a member of for many years,it is clean and comfortable and the equipment is second to none. If you are looking for a classier place to work out I highly recommend Performance Lab.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, looks professional from the minute you walk in. There's always a PT on hand to help if you need support from about 6-8 and always willing to lift the weight off of your head There are classes and equipment for all abilities!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Grimsby can't fault it. You don't get the gym possers that other places seem to have, which is good if people have confidence issues and don't feel pressured to move onto other equipment. The staff are friendly, they always say good morning and willing to help in anyway they can. A very good place too escape the reality of life and let go.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train, plenty of kit for you to use and you can always get on what you want straight away so there's no waiting around for machine's. The staff are always dead helpful and welcoming. Definitely one of the best gyms I have been to in grimsby!!
