Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Absolutely Fitness for the past two years. I’ve been attending Ioana’s fitness classes (step aerobics). Ioana is a brilliant coach, and her passion for her work shines bright. I’ve learnt a lot from her regarding fitness and proper exercise methods. I could not recommend her enough!

Positive experience: Staff are helpful and friendly. Womens gym is fantastic. However a minority of users are inconsiderate as they sit doing nothing on the equipment except scrolling on their phones. Often a few spend the entire time on mats chatting or with dumb bells, not thinking others need to use the same for 5-10 minutes.

If you’re tired of waiting for a machine for 5/10 mins whilst Mr Motivator does his 8th set of top heavy reps, join Absolutely Fitness. If you’re tired of visiting a packed gym & seeing ‘all the gear but no idea’ kinda people every other day, join Absolutely Fitness. And if you’re tired of Personal Trainers worried more about their appearance than yours, THEN JOIN ABSOLUTELY FITNESS!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about a year now and its been a wonderful experience the staff is really nice and will always help. The hero arena is another great factor about this gym it has a boxing area and a great space to work abs. Yet another part of this gym is the many cardio machines upstairs, and finally the free weight area is a fantastic place to get a good workout in when your day is going bad.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Especially because they give you a free 3 day pass to check before you join. There are few machines that you need to have a different membership for but this can covered by the others they have. Prices are also amazing compared to other gyms. One thing that could be better if it was maybe a 24 hour gym but regardless most hours are covered from 6-12

Fantastic experience: Went last week to have a look at the ladies gym. Nice and quiet, well equipped and enough space to exercise. Nick kindly showed me around and let me in to the ladies area to have a look at the equipment. He explained with detail and gave me all the necessary information to sing in, he even provided with a current offer that was available to sign in. Overall quite happy with the service, clean space and well maintained. 5/5.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and atmosphere with regular members who come perform their workouts and leave. No messing about like other gyms with people huddling around machines and scrolling social media etc. Apart from usual peak periods of the day like at any gym, usually never over crowded and always able to use the machine/equipment you need for your workout. The team there are great, all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Karun who always invests time in talking to members and offering advice where needed-top guy. Found this gym to be a hidden gem personally and making the most of it before it becomes more popular!

I use the Ladies only room which is equipped with almost everything you need. It’s definitely one of the best gyms around.

Costumer service is the ABC in this type of business, (NO BLUE PAPER AVAILABLE IN THE GYM....?)They use this black clothes which is not hygienic at all I’m afraid.

Positive experience: Great gym! Most gyms have such deafening music on which I find unbearable and a great hindrance to self progress.. but here its low volume and much more comfortable. The location is perfect for me too, as its spacious, with parking as well ☺️. I would prefer more equipment in the ladies area hence the 4 stars, but overall I love it.

Fantastic experience: Top of the class equipment, enough space for everyone to do what they want to do even at peak times. My favourite is the Biocircuit, that is guided circuit for any kind of workout you want to do. You scan a QR and then let the machines do the thinking. Great staff, friendly environment and longer opening times means you can fit your workout easily on a work day too.

It's good to get the reassurance without being hassled (yes other gyms, I'm talking to you!) Open early (6am) until very late (midnight) during the week and from 0830 to 1800 at weekends. Highly recommend if you live/work/ gym in the Slough area!!!

I frequently encounter Karan, who is extremely friendly and always helps me during my sessions to help optimise my workout.
