Fantastic experience: Good plate loaded machinery, quiet in the early morning and just a straight forward no fuss Gym for those that want to just get their head down and train hard on weights. Some cardio gear but primarily weight/resistance training.

Fantastic experience: Great gym that is well stocked with a friendly atmosphere and the staff are always willing to help which means a lot if you're training by yourself.

Fantastic experience: Ego's are left at the door... at first I thought it would be really embarrassing to train on my own, but the staff are really helpful and friendly and the other users are always willing to help. I now go everyday and am fitter now at 49 than I was at 39!
