Fantastic experience: I came in for a day session over the bank holiday weekend - wow! I wish this was my local gym Such a nice welcome on arrival, the member of staff ran through everything with me and explained they had some new equipment in so offered to give me a tour of the facility to show me everything. Full changing room with sauna(!) and classes are included in the holiday memberships as well, just as if you are a member so I took advantage of that. Excellent choice of gym equipment and different training rooms instead of it being one big warehouse. Thoroughly enjoyed training at Le Sport, such a positive environment. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The majority of the equipment is brand new. Showers and sauna have been revamped, it's a really excellent place to work out. Also has a squash court

Positive experience: I ve been here for almost 8 months and all my family members. Great facilities and equipment. And staff very helpful. But the WiFi connection is so bad you can't listen you music or get some important calls in this building. They got on costumer WiFi that it's sucks and one for them that covering perfect but they don't sharing with you. They raised the monthly payments every month but still they can't fit a WiFi booster or do smth. I don't like to hear the music that they played in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a fantastic range of modern equipment, the owners are constantly looking to add and develop to ensure a great gym experience. Individual rooms for different equipment such as dumbbells, legs, and rig room. Also has a sqaush court, fitness classes and separate saunas.

Fantastic experience: I visit le sport every now and again for training sessions and coaching team meets. Every time i go there, they have a new piece of kit or 3 lol Superb gym! The only thing that isn't a massive issue is that the gym has loooads of little rooms and coridors, which can be a bit of a maze the first few times lol Also thinking about it, the opening times aren't ideal. Especially the weekend opening times. This will definitely not put you off because, like i said above, this gym is superb. They have the best of the best when it comes to equipment. If i lived closer, i would train here every day. 10/10

Positive experience: Good selection of machines and free weights to use over 2 floors, a little busy in peak times but you often aren't waiting long for anything to become available. Membership rates are a little high compared to chain gyms but it's priced in line with the other independent gyms in the area. Weekend opening hours are a bit limited which is a shame, would definitely be 5 stars with extended opening hours.

Positive experience: We had show round today and were very impressed with the helpful staff and the amount and quality of equipment. We thought perhaps that there could be more emphasis on classes as we are past the point where we want to body build. There were a limited number of classes but not the range they we are accustomed to, such as Yoga,Body pump, BodyCombat, Pilates, Spin etc and it seems there could be a great demand for these in this delightful location. Would definitely consider joining if there were more classes available

Fantastic experience: I feel totally compelled to leave a review regarding le sport health and fitness,rhos on sea . As a more mature lady (60) with a body who has a complete mind of its own which has decided it needs to spread somewhat , finding a gym that I can walk into without feeling uncomfortable,intimated with an overwhelming urge to turn and run with my gaze downwards is bear on impossible. Well welcome to le sport ,it is a well equipped gym with something for everyone and some ,it has various ages ,gender and levels of fitness with some members who obviously compete but not once have I had the urge to turn on my heels and get out of there. The staff are friendly and welcoming ,there is the opportunity for personal training if desired or classes all the trainers are committed and incredibly professional and with a cheeky little nod which helps training to be fun not a slog. The gym is incredibly clean with cleaning stations all over the gym especially with the climate being as it is at the present . So I can totally recommend le sport ,it needs seeing and experiencing To be believed ,first class .

Fantastic experience: Visited whilst on a family break. Brilliant facilities, loads of space & all modalities, if you're a body builder, crossfitter or functional training you're good to go. When I'm back in the area I'll certainly be back. Also another point the gym was very very clean and looked fresh.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around. Great staff. I personally lost a lot of weight here ,at my heaviest I never felt intimidated or ridiculed comming here. Covid has seen me put a lot of weight back on, due to injuries i couldn't train,but I know I'll get a good welcome here as I always have. Looking forward to comming back in January to a welcoming gym and great staff and management.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, helpful staff and kept clean. Massive choice of equipment - even have a HammerStrength dedicated leg room - never seen that before! Was able to use all classes as well as gym and squash and saunas. Brilliant value for money. I was only visiting the area and so had a month holiday pass - but the locals don't know how lucky they are only paying £31 per month - I pay £96 at home and don't have the same choice. Members were friendly too - the guys in the weights rooms always willing to help me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in Colwyn Bay area.

Negative experience: Signed up for this gym full membership and classes. I turned up late for a class one day and asked the instructor at the end of class if I could finish the class and I would put away all the equipment as a favour he said yes. When finished I went to leave and the staff on reception told me I had to pay for the room. I asked explained the situation. But they insisted I had to pay for room BTW the owner was sat there getting drunk. So I left after the disagreement 2 hours later the owner phoned me and told me he had cancelled membership and said I'm not welcome clearly drunk. Avoid this gym at all cost so clicky. Plenty of other much much better gyms around and cheaper

Fantastic experience: All it needs is a pool and then this would be a perfect place for fitness. Lovely staff, well kept and clean with new machines. This is a great place to burn off some calories, anger or if you just generally like to keep fit!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a gym to get back in shape with and found this one staff are friendly and helpful I got a check in when I started they then built a simple plan to follow, so far it's working great. If I had any questions about how to use some of the machines or technics they were happy to show me so I rate this place quite highly.
