Fantastic experience: Very good. It feels like there is not a lot of equipment and if busy you might be fighting over machines with strangers but that’s the same for all the gyms I’d imagine. You can always find a time where it’s not too busy. Staff is friendly and helpful and all the equipment is quite new, functional and clean. Can recommend and will be definitely coming back.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Able Fitness 6 months ago after being very disappointed with the gradual decline at my previous gym at Hampton where I had been a member for over 4 years. Able Fitness has a great range of quality equipment, a group of very friendly and enthusiastic personal trainers. It is a very welcoming place, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fitness venue where you can improve your fitness and well being.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly gym. Pts very helpful and good for any advice. Equipment is all new and as expected good working order. Classes well attended with a great atmosphere for newer attendees. Parking is a breeze. Not a bad word to say, A great place to go.

Fantastic experience: I don't actually use the gym which looks very smart when I walk through but I go there to use Rejuvenate for a massage once a month. Frankie the owner is excellent and I always leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed but more importantly any tension build up in my neck and shoulders is eased away.

Welcoming vibes from everyone, anyone can join any levels to reach your own personal goals no judgements from anyone and you feel comfortable and confident to do it with the able family

I love they tailor for absolutely everyone's personal needs & lifestyles. A class for us parents with a toddler in toe....perfect...A mixture of classes covering different body groups....perfect.....A range of classes & equipment giving you a variety of exercise....perfect... Strongly recommend a visit...
