Fantastic experience: Great gym good facilities and nice coffee too

Fantastic experience: I started training here when I was 19. I have tried lots of other gyms since then but I keep coming back to 121 I'm now 37, and enjoying the gym again. The classes are definitely worth trying and the facilities are brilliant.

Positive experience: It's a nice gym a variety of equipment and spaces available. I think the lifting space is a treat with a number of platforms and a formidable free weights (dumbbell) section. Sectioned areas for machine equipment and cardio equipment up stairs. Up stairs there is a sink for water and I think one downstairs. There is also a changing space and on entry a coffee, food space.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and a great environment to train in, other users friendly. Also the Chiropractic Glen upstairs is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I only go to the One to One Gym on Tuesdays to attend to a sassy and empowering dance fitness class given by kirsty!!! She is amazing!!! Always full of good energy!!! I always leave the class with zero stress and really happy with myself !!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in the area, you won't get a better atmosphere than in One to One, from the staff to the PT's they're all friendly and welcoming. I tried out the other gyms in the area but One to One had the best all round.

Fantastic experience: Top notch independent gym. A superbly presented and very well equipped gym with modern machines, excellent free weights section, loads of cardio kit, functional exercise kit, Spin room and lots of classes on offer. Not the cheapest gym, but if you're halfway serious about improving your fitness you'd be hard-pushed to find better. Well worth paying for the annual membership if you can - works out a good saving over paying monthly.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, lots of classes and top of the line equipment. Access to personal trainers and a really really good ‘canteen’ providing coffee snacks shakes and takeout meals for food prep etc. Really helpful staff too and good parking and access.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. No fixed contract. Classes, cater for everyone. Yoga, Pilates, circuits, spinning, #wod, loads more. Opening hrs are brilliant. Staff, really good.. one to one trainers, know their stuff..

Fantastic experience: Best gym and staff around. Second to none....fantastic gym. Owner is very helpful and genuinely interested in helping people. Huge place with stacks and stacks of free weights for the keen bodybuilder. Also endless amounts of fitness equipment. Truly an amazing place.

Fantastic experience: Been going here now for 4+ years approx 4-5 times per week. Great choice of cardiovascular and weight training equipment and classes for all abilities & goals. This is supported by A1 fitness instructors a nice cafe and shop providing all you could ever want in supplements and training / dieting foods. IMO 10/10

Fantastic experience: Great gym with facilities for all abilities and goals. The classes are fantastic and are always full of energy. I burnt 720 calories in one of the classes 'Brogan's Bootcamp' this morning. This gym is making me feel good about myself and I've just changed from a monthly plan to a full year membership.

Fantastic experience: Loved it. The gym has everything you'd want and more. Loads of weight machines, lifting platforms and a wide selection of cardio machines.

Positive experience: Great gym .. though if you dont like offensive gangster rap ... at very high volume ... make sure you get some noise reducing over the ear headphones for your personal music. Other than that ... great .

Fantastic experience: It is by far the best training facility in South Wales! It houses some of the best PTs in the business who's skills and knowledge cover every aspect of the fitness world, from Weight Loss and Olympic Lifting to Competitive Body Building and Armed Forces training! There is nothing these guys don't know! The gyms class timetable has something for everyone, no matter what your ability, wether you're a total beginner to total gymaholic there is a class to suit you. It is the only gym in the area that offers the Sunto HRT system, so that you can see your progress in live time on the wide screens around the gym. There is even a range of Children's classes as well as an In house holiday club so that the school holidays don't interrupt your training schedule. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and between them have a wide and varied knowledge of the fitness world, wether it's weight loss advice or training and supplement advice they are always on hand to help you. This Gym really does have everything you could ask for from a training facility, and as your first session is free you'd be mad not to give it a try! I loved it so much I got a job here!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, loads of space, friendly energetic place to train. Classes are awesome and the personal trainers know their stuff! Get Marvyn talking about Paleo diet and you will still be there next week! The shop - Wales Sport Nutrition has a massive range of products and they will order stock in for you at your request. Prices are incredible, gold standard whey at almost half the price in Holland and Barret!!!!
