Fantastic experience: I’ve been here for less than a year and they’ve bought like 6 new machines in that time, including a whole gosh darn smith machine. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the gym is always kept to the highest standard. Best gym I’ve been a member of (which tbf is only a pool of 5 gyms but still!)

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym today and it is honestly one of the best gyms I have ever thought of going to. Staff and even the other people were really welcoming and helpful. I came in today not really knowing very much and not really sure how any off the machines worked. I managed to figure most of them out on my own but staff and other people where there and happy to help if I needed it. Someone even told me if I needed any help with anything just to ask them witch I thought was very warming and nice. Overall I think this is a very good gym to begin your fitness journey.. (would definitely recommend)

Fantastic experience: Gymfit is a brilliant gym for all levels of experience. The owner Brad really cares about his members and takes into consideration their views and opinions on what equipment they want and provides so that everyone is equally happy. Best gym ive ever been a member of!

Fantastic experience: Before joining GymFit I had never joined or spent a lot of time in the gym. So before joining I was slightly apprehensive, worried about ‘gym cultures’ and not fitting in. However since I stepped through the door all that was washed away. Meeting the staff at the front desk were (and still are) very friendly. They were very happy to answer all of my questions and finding out what worked best for me. I joined GymFit at the start of October of this year and to this day I have never seen it untidy or dirty. All facilities are kept to a very high standard. Staff will often come onto the gym floor to offer professional advice and tips or even to spot you when training which is very helpful. The team at GymFit are very kind which has encouraged a very friendly atmosphere in the whole gym (definitely different to what I thought a ‘gym culture’ would be). They also offer high quality personal training sessions with different styles of coaching. One of the team members Daren who is my p.t has massively helped me grow and develop in my training. Not only constructing a workout program specifically for my needs and goals but also educating me in the science behind training. Since becoming a member I have also seen a lot of investment into new and a variety of equipment. It’s great to see the owners are really passionate about getting the best equipment for their members. I’m excited to be part of the journey and to see how this gym grows. Overall a fantastic gym and I really do enjoy using it.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train! Feel really at home here with people of all ages and sizes. You find most gyms can be intimidating or you feel you have to look a certain way to be there but not at GymFit! Very knowledgeable staff and always willing to help. First class modern equipment and great welcoming classes available to members and non members. I'd recommend to anyone whether you're a beginner or been training for years. Come and try a session out and see what all the fuss is about

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I’m from the US and traveling so I miss my home gym and found this little gem. I like classes that challenge me, and they sure succeeded at this! It looked new, modern and clean inside and very down to earth people. Also, the cherry on top... the owners were not only welcoming but they were fit and pretty people, so it motivated you even more to look as good as them haha!! Enjoy!

Fantastic experience: The classes are really good and cover a wide range of exercises. For those who aren't too exercise-savvy, they always offer modifications to the moves to keep you going. Everyone has been friendly and helpful there, which makes a huge difference to someone like me who generally shies away from gyms! If in the clacton area, I would recommend joining. Reasonable price for membership too! Only down side is that there are no swimming facilities, or affiliation with a local pool, but don't let that stop you, as the classes there more than make up for this!
