Positive experience: Really lovely facilities and we had a lovely time in the spa. Jake gave exceptional service and was so kind and extremely helpful. The only downside was that it was really hard to book or speak to anyone and on visiting the spa to check appointments, we felt like a bit of an inconvenience. Thank you to Jake and also for such a lovely place to go whilst oh holiday.

Fantastic experience: I have visited many spas at home and abroad and this is up there with the best. From the moment we arrived until we left I felt taken care of and relaxed. The treatment was fabulous, the staff on hand to help were amazing. I loved the little touches like persecco brought to us around the beautiful pool area and the name on our locker. It was 10 and of 10. Some many lovely little touches to make the day extra special. The food included in our spa day at the Apple Inn was divine and again the staff were fantastic. Can't wait for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I was holidaying in the area and managed to get a last minute 30 mins detox massage for Tuesday night, it was so good I booked myself back in the following day for a 90min unwind massage the next day. This was outstanding. Possibly the best massage I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

Her passion for hairstyling and her genuine enthusiasm for making brides feel beautiful shone through, and I felt confident that she would create the perfect hairstyle for me. She took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, and skillfully brought my vision to life. The hairstyle she created was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and it perfectly complemented my bridal look. I felt like a queen, and I owe it all to her. Not only was she incredibly talented but was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Aimee, from the bottom of my heart, for your exceptional work and for being a wonderful part of my wedding day. I will always look back on that day with fond memories, and you played a significant role in making it so special.

Afternoon tea delicious and plentiful with enough to take home for treats. Clean, well set out, warm facilities. Given gowns, towels, slippers and toiletries. Thank you so much. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic spa day celebrating my sister's birthday. The facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a mixture of facial and massage treatments, all of which were very professional and tailored to us as individuals. Afternoon tea was gorgeous and served in a lovely viewing room. A big thank you to Heather, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant day. We all left feeling relaxed, refreshed and very impressed - thank you!

Fantastic experience: I would quite happily give this place 6 or more stars. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. We had morning use of the spa facilities, gym, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relaxation room before having a wonderful afternoon tea. We later had a hot stone massage, which was absolutely amazing, followed by a facial and scalp massage. Emma definitely knows her stuff and was fantastic throughout.

Fantastic experience: In the last few weeks this has fast become one of my happy places! From swimming and saunaing with my daughter for a relaxing hour together in peace to a massage from the amazing Claire which eased some muscle issues I had been having! Then today I was brave and had my hair done for the first time in over a year with the lovely Emma...she made me so at ease and did such a good job I left feeling like the old me of years gone by! I will be recommending as always girls! Thank you all so very much xx

Fantastic experience: I have had the most wonderful relaxing day with my friend. We booked the School Run package and I had the “outer glow” treatment. The most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. I would totally be doing this on a regular basis if I lived closer. Highly recommend it!

Positive experience: Had a lovely facial and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The staff were all wonderful. Only downside was sharing the spa with two small children dive-bombing into the pool which we weren't expecting as we thought there was an age restriction.

Positive experience: The salon is really nicely decorated and the staff are very kind but my waxing was done very slowly and painfully and with lots of hairs missed.
