Fantastic experience: A proper gym, not overly busy, no trainers taking up space and jogging equipment, amazing owners. I used my session as a trial as such and was happy with my experience. I will return!

Positive experience: Old school, no fuss gym. Basic but usable machines, free weights, 24 hour access is very handy for someone like me (chef). Usually quiet, but does have its busy periods.

Fantastic experience: Chris and Jan really know their stuff when it comes to fitness. I've had loads of advice on different exercises. A really friendly, comfortable gym. The best gym in Tavistock, and I've tried a few. At the moment, they have everything in place for social distancing and hygiene.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym for older people or those that aren't that fit. Basically your not going to be surrounded by loads of super fit young people. Not to say that it's a bad gym for anybody. It's just very welcoming for the less fit. Overall an excellent gym. Some machines and free weights.

Fantastic experience: I am a 66yr old women that has had two hip replacements, and has other health issues. But going to Body Zone and being with Jan is an experience I never thought I would get again, Jan is very experienced, and very good with anyone who as been through the operations, the atmosphere in there is so good, I would recommend this lovely place to anyone as they make you feel very welcome. Negative experience: Very antiquated equipment,not all had instructions on how to use ,No Proper changing rooms and no showers .also very cluttered had to move things to sit on some equipment to use.will not be using this place again I go back to my regular gym .only good thing was the young man Mark who was on reception
