Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant fitness sessions by the staff. Well thought out easy but difficult exercises to work out the full body every session. From cardio and weight loss to strength performance and much much more including diet and cooking recipes to help your body improve and increase in performance. These guys are good, give them a go, you will be impressed.

Fantastic experience: Without doubt the most enjoyable but toughest training I had since my forces days. Very well structured and coaches and owner Tiff very knowledgeable. Nice variation of exercises so you don't become stale at any point. First time I also felt part of a team in terms of fitness for long time.
