Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Heba Pilates in Windsor just over two weeks ago. I cannot believe how brilliant I feel. I was someone who could hardly move because of a very bad back. I could barely sit on the floor and play with my toddler without pain. Getting up was another painful adventure! I’ve had continuous sessions for two weeks and I feel like a brand new person. Alison, Lottie and Deborah have been absolutely amazing with getting me to grips with it and monitoring the sessions as they walk past me. They’re so attentive and are quick to come and correct any workouts so I can maximise my achievements! Truly feeling empowered and confident! Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Heba Pilates for over a year now, and I can honestly say that it has transformed my routine and my life. I was always curious about pilates, but with zero flexibility I found the typical group / mat sessions intimidating. Enter Heba...The concept is simply fantastic! (Once heard it described as Pilates meets Netflix). I was able to learn at my own pace, all the while supported by amazing instructors: - Knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates - They really take the time to get to know you and are super supportive of helping you reach your goals. Shout out to the amazing Alison, Deborah, Laura & Lottie One year later, I'm more flexible...stronger core...better posture, minimal knee and back pain and just simply addicted to Heba!

The staff are amazing, and I'm not just saying that, really helpful, friendly and encourage you to get things right. The equipment is well maintained. The studio has a lovely atmosphere. It's been amazing and I am.planning to continue. I feel a difference too in my fitness.

Fantastic experience: I'm a Heba pilates convert - I couldn't recommend it enough!! The windsor studio is beautiful with wonderful staff/instructors (special mention to Debbie and Allison!) Before finding Heba, I'd wanted to get into reformer pilates for a while but I'd found it hard to access local studio classes due to timing or waitlists. Heba makes it so easy and flexible to book in your session around your daily schedule just like you would with a gym. I've been going regularly for over 3 months and feel so much better and stronger in my body. The routines help strengthen you so you can perform better in other sports and activities too which is a great bonus!! I genuinely couldn't imagine not having heba as part of my weekly exercise routine now - 10/10

Fantastic experience: Heba pilates Windsor has been a game changer for me. After a succession of injuries that stopped me exercising I have become fat, unfit and demoralised. A vicious cycle of inactivity making the injuries worse. After wasting hundreds on physio I stumbled across a Heba pilates offer and gave it a go. I absolutely love it. The flexibility to book your session at a time that suits you and the ability to choose your workout has been perfect. After 8 weeks the difference to my hips and ankles is allowing me to walk freely and cycle more strongly. The instructors are always on hand to support, correct movements and offer advice and the videoes are easy to follow. Alison has given some great advice about adjusting movements to work with my weaknesses and has encouraged me to push myself when I have been a bit lazy!! I am thoroughly enjoying Heba and would recommend Windsor. Karen.

Fantastic experience: The only exercise I have ever done without wanting to leave the minute I arrive ! The studio team at Windsor are amazing and helpful, the location is stunning and the little touches of free fruit and sense of community mean this is the only place I LOVE to exercise !

Fantastic experience: I love going to Heba Pilates! It’s fun, different and I actually enjoy doing this exercise. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, they’ve helped me a lot and I can really tell the difference from when I first started, definitely recommend going.

Fantastic experience: Hi have been multiple Heba studios, but I have really enjoyed the Windsor studio recently. There is something about coming into the Maria in the morning that puts me into the right mind set for the day. That feeling is empowered more by the guides within the studio. I love that I can book one of their machines at any time of the day and then choose the type of session i do whilst I’m there. As a typical gym bloke I have found that the stretch and Mobility series in particular has really benefited me in all of the other activities outside of the studio. I enjoy the chats that I have with every guide in the morning and their constant advice whilst I’m having my session too!

Fantastic experience: Had my first session almost a year ago and I never looked back! I am not the most frequent user, I tend to go « as if and when » but I enjoy it every single time. The reformer machines are fabulous! The pilates instructors are ALL super friendly and very professional! They really help you choose a lesson depending on your needs. Absolutely love it there.

Fantastic experience: This is the perfect Pilates experience and a fantastic concept. I get the best of both worlds - the benefits of a Pilates workout with expert instruction but coupled with the ability to work at my own pace. It's stress-free and gives me real 'me-time' and no need to rush to get to a class at a certain time. I have already noticed a difference in both my posture and my strength and my back ache from sitting at a desk all day has all but disappeared. Congrats Team Heba!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my first session at the Windsor studio. I was made to feel really welcome and at ease as soon as I came through the door. As someone that has never done reformer pilates before, I love it talks you through every step and you can progress through the series at your own pace. Looking forward to seeing my progress over the next year!

Fantastic experience: First time at Heba on the reformer machines and my sessions have been amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely atmosphere in which to exercise. The workouts on your personal screen are fantastic. They are easy to follow and tailored exactly where you want them. Anyone could do this! Fantastic experience: As a previous POWMAK member, I was so glad when this studio reopened. It has transformed into something really cutting edge with the Nuforma machines and instructional guide concept. The Nuformas are great and easy to use. Instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t initially sure about the new model but that quickly disappeared because it all works really well including giving much more flexibility on booking exercise times. Back & posture already improved. I feel quite evangelical about the entire thing - thank you!!

Fantastic experience: As an ex POWMAK member, I had really missed the reformer over lockdown and was itching to get back onto one. When Heba pilates opened up in Windsor, I was really intrigued about getting down there to see what was new about the studio and set up. On attending I was not disappointed :) the studio is well laid out, the reformers are spotless, and the number of sessions on offer is fabulous. I really love that you can work your way through series, and repeat sessions that you have really enjoyed if you want to. The guides are not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and offer fantastic support and advice throughout the session. You get a lot more 1:1 than you would if they were teaching the class, and the fact you are able to pause the session and take the time to correct anything you may be doing wrong is really useful. I would recommend Heba to anyone that already does reformer pilates or wants to try it out; it is the best studio I have been to!

Fantastic experience: What a phenomenal Pilates studio! Modern, sleek and state of the art facilities in a beautiful location in Windsor. My workout felt personalized and our guide was really helpful and friendly throughout. Couldn’t recommend this more. Heba’s new reformer (the Nuforma) is really high tech, with endless new functions, directional speakers and touch screens. Felt like a world class workout in a luxurious setting. Excited to come back again!

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Heba. The Windsor studio has ample parking and there are great views across the marina. The instructors are brilliant - knowledgeable and friendly. My favourite is Alison - always has a smile and advice on how to improve. I’ve been coming for over a year and still learn something new each week. My posture is so much better (my GP officially recorded my height as an inch taller than I’ve ever been) and my mental abilities have also improved (I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm previously). Heba pilates is a great all rounder for your body and mind.

Fantastic experience: To be honest I was a little unsure about the new concept of the gym as I had always enjoyed the instructor led classes ….however a few weeks on I have settled into it and have to say the new studio and nuforma beds are fabulous. The booking system makes it much more flexible and the sessions are progressive but you can go at your own pace if required. The main thing is it is so good to be back doing reformer Pilates again can feel and see the difference after only a few sessions.

Fantastic experience: Like the new studio with the same professionalism as the old one was. I was a little sceptical with the new machines at the beginning but they work really well. Had a few technical issues at the start but they almost all now resolved. It’s good to come back to an improved and promisingly good service. Well recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great concept. Love the freedom to book in at a time that suits you. Guides are really professional and friendly - correcting you when necessary and help with using the machines. The workout videos are great and love that you can tailor the workout to how you feel on the day.

I love the nuforma machines and the cutting edge classes. And the instructors on hand are not only super friendly but really help you with any adjustments you should make. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The machines are so easy to use and really ensure that I use my body correctly in each posture. There is no going back to now that I've used these machines, I realise I have been doing some of the movements all wrong for several years now! Love this and love the space. Highly recommended

Positive experience: I really like the new studio. It’s of a high standard and the staff are extremely approachable and helpful. I’m finding I’m not getting enough repetition of the one exercise but it’s early days and staff are very good at listening to feedback so I can see the sessions will evolve in accordance with client comments. I think this new form of Pilates will become very popular :)

Positive experience: Early days, however getting familiar with the new concept.The nuforma provides a whole workout. I do miss the guided classes . However the flexibility of scheduling a Heba nuforma workout is a plus.The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: As a total beginner I was nervous of this fabulous high tech machine before me . I had no need the video instructions were simple and easy to follow equipment was gleaming and clean and I felt comfortable using the ropes and weights. My body felt awake and refreshed. The staff were so kind and friendly . I will be recommending and back regularly Well done Heba
