Millie's Gym in Helston, Cornwall is a relaxed, fun and friendly gym for all fitness levels at Tresprison Business Park in Helston. Millie's Gym have a wide range of gym equipment you're able to use such as: rowers, treadmills, cross trainers, summit climbers, spin bikes, ab machine and hyper ext for lower back, and a good range of resistance and free weights from 1kg to 60kg!
If you'd like to have a chat about joining Millie's Gym, don't hesitate to get in touch and one of the staff members will have a chat about your needs and requirements. Don't worry, you'll be supported in the gym no matter what - we offer a pay as you membership system with no contracts or direct debits. Simply pay by cash, card or standing order.
Trained here a couple of times this week whilst on holiday and loved it! Just what i was looking for in a gym, friendly welcoming staff, really good kit and good selection of dumbells and plates!
First Class Gym, Millie, and Phil are brilliant ambassadors for weight lifting and general sporting exercises. Very friendly and supportive couple, highly recommended for all age groups who want to get fit or maintain fitness.

Used the gym while on holiday. Good range of machines and weights, clean, helpful staff and everyone there is really friendly. Reasonably priced as well. Will be going back on my next holiday in Cornwall.
I love going down to train and they are so welcoming, the banter with them is great and I wish them every success for the future with it and look forward to seeing it expand.

The equipment is great with everything you need in a gym, they even have a spin bike so I didn't miss out on my Thursday spin session! Will definitely use this every time I'm in Helston visiting my family.
They were keen to learn what I wanted to get out of my visits and after showing me how to use the equipment, they created a personal improvement plan for me that actually works!
Best personalities and sense of community you'll find in any gym! The whole gym feels like a close family and everyone is happy to help in any way needed!
This gym is one in a million, the owner is one of the best you can get she’s absolutely brilliant and always smiling, and always makes you feel very welcome!!
I've been training at Millie's gym for over 3 years now. it's a fantastic place to work out. You are always made to feel welcome and there is always help on hand should you need it . ...but the best thing about this gym is that I have never once felt self conscious whilst training here and trust me I have trained until I'm red as a tomato and grunting like a pig ? no one batted an eyelid . I can't imagine going anywhere else for my exercise fix

Fantastic experience: I used the gym twice when in Cornwall on holiday. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the gym is kitted out well, dumbbells up to 60kg, decent amount of barbells and plates, good range of plate loaded and cable stack machines and cardio equipment. The gym was also immaculately clean, and it's clear they took covid-19 seriously. Also the day pass was fairly priced.

Being more on the chubby side, I was a bit nervous of joining the gym - however, Millie made me feel very welcome and supported me when I had no idea what I was doing. Other gym members were also friendly, and good to chat to. You're never made to feel like you're alone and encouraged to ask if you're ever unsure! Excellent gym.

Negative experience: If you have acquired the services of a business you have the right to post positive or negative feedback this is the Law, if you haven't had the services of one's business this falls under the category of illegal misconduct, I HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF STEALING FROM THIS GYM, ACCUSED BY OTHER GYM MEMBERS (WEASELS) TO BE ACCUSED AND NOT CONFRONTED WHEN THIS APPARENT INCIDENT TOOK PLACE DOES CONCERN ME, THESE WEASELS WOULDN'T EVEN CONFRONT ME THEY MERELY RAN TO A FEMALE STAFF MEMBER TO WHICH THEN I WAS BANNED! I RUN MY OWN COMPANY AND HAVE NO SHORTAGE OF MONIES ON ME EVERYDAY, I THINK THIS HAS ALL STEMMED FROM ME ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT CERTAIN GYM MEMBERS OPENING FOR THE OWNER AT 6am ASKING IF THEY ARE INSURED QUALIFIED AND FIRST AID TRAINED I CASE OF ACCIDENTS THAT COULD OCCUR OR COULD LEAD TO A DEATH, ALSO IT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS WHEN TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE MONTH I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE! IN MY OPINION THIS GYM HAS BADLY LET ME DOWN A BUSINESS OWNER WITH A TRACK RECORD FOR CARING IN THE COMMUNITY HELPING THE HOMELESS AND PROVIDING FOR THE FOOD BANKS OF CORNWALL, I FEEL ASHAMED TODAY TO BE CORNISH .
