Fantastic experience: Thanks to Ruth the receptionist I have come to this gym to try as she advised was good gym, I can say this is the best gym by far and Ruth was so helpful, she helped and showed me how the gym equipment worked, She has excellent communication skills and so understanding she made me feel comfortable and welcome, Not only had gym facilities this gym has a sauna and sunbed which is amazing, This gym is excellent for people with no confidence and mental health issues, I would highly recommend this gym Thank you Ruth for making me feel comfortable and welcome

Fantastic experience: Great gym for ladies and men of all abilities. I mainly use the men's gym but never feel intimidated. Staff very professional and staff and menbers very friendly. Under new management.
