Fantastic experience: I've only been at this gym about a month or so since moving from Banks Leisure centre which was holding me back due to the lack of proper equipment. Tommy (the owner) was very welcoming on my first session and you get your first session for free as a kind of taster and it's £25 a month after that, no direct debit setup needed unless you want to have access 24 hours which the gym can accommodate. There is ample parking as it is on an industrial estate and out of normal business hours there's always plenty of free spots. It is packed full of equipment which allows you to train thoroughly and enables you to reach your potential. There's a lot of experienced guys and girls who go there who you can tell are seriously in to lifting but I wouldn't let this put anyone off who's new, I'm still fairly new myself and nobody was unpleasant or intimidating to be around! Whether you're old, young, experienced or new just get down there and crack on!!
