Negative experience: I would sign up but you need to get heavier dumbbells. At least go up to 50s, you’re losing business because of this. Worth the investment. Please let me know when you’ve done this.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful gym. It’s big enough that they have loads of great equipment but doesn’t have that horrible commercial feel. It’s a beautiful setting and has loads of parking. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly gym staff who are always willing to help out. I love the range of classes and being able to have classes outside when the weather is nice. Can't wait to try out the new yoga and plates studio too. They also offer a blue light card discount which has been fantastic.

Positive experience: Probably one of the dirtier gyms I train at, the mould and cobwebs on the windowsills is quite offputting. The equipments not too bad though, hardly ever have to wait to get on things and I generally train at peak time. We finally got the chest press we’ve been waiting a year for, could definitely do with a seated leg curl and heavier dumbbells next. I wouldn’t say it was the best value for £50 a month, the Bracknell Leisure Centre is probably a better shout, although a lot busier. Ps if I win the £20 drinks voucher, please give to the cleaner that sorts the cobwebs/mould out.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. There's a variety of classes, the staff are super friendly. The outside space is so nice to workout, with a variety of equipment. I really feel part of a family here, I've made some great friends too.

Good range of classes and a good level of gym floor equipment and an outside space - it’s great to exercise outside. Try the PT sessions - Beth is fantastic. Free and easy to park. Fantastic experience: I have been a been a member at the gym for over a year and it is the best gym for miles . Last year I moved to Bracknell and tried all the local gyms and eastpark is the best. They have loads of parking spaces you will always get parking . All the local 24 hours gyms you will struggle to park. Eastpark has 10 squat racks and all the equipment is 10/10. From peloton bikes to watson and bulldog equipment and the latest Technogym equipment. They have a prowler sled and tyres to flip if you looking for Strenght and conditioning equipment. All the trainers and staff are friendly and approachable and the shower facilities are like 5 star hotel . Best gym for miles

Fantastic experience: Am looking at changing gyms due to mine expiring in December. I was met by a personal trainer called Ryder who walked me through the gym and explained each machine and what it is used for. The main thing is price for me as it is a little expensive. He went through as to why it is worth this price and how in the long run it is worth it. Seems like a very good gym and makes it stand out by having the staff that love to help. Thanks Ryder!

Fantastic experience: An acknowledgement to team member Will. His Lift classes are not to be missed. You work at your own pace and don't feel you have to keep up with others. Will encourages each and every member of the class to lift correctly and improve personal fitness goals. You feel as if you were having a one to one P.T session whilst delivering a professional, well planned and varied programme to the whole class. He's a real asset to East Park Gym.

Fantastic experience: One of the most friendliest gyms I have been a part of. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, I had a couple of chats with the coaches Ryder and also Ollie. They were more than helpful when I asked for a spot, they even gave me some tips on how to perfect my form etc… not to mention the community the gym have is great, with different events on throughout the year to have a bit of friendly competition and speak to new faces. Highly recommend this gym to anyone that’s new or experienced!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to the facilities are really good. As well as this the staff create a welcoming atmosphere and have a big presence on the gym floor which makes it easy to ask for help when needed. Especially Ryder, he has been coaching me and I have been reaching personal goals in the gym I didn’t think that I could have. Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined this gym after having 3/4 years of not visiting one. I'm so glad I made the decision to join here, the gym itself is so clean, great equipment, and plenty of it. Emily is my PT and she has really boosted my confidence in getting back into the gym. Fantastic experience: I joined East park gym July last year and haven’t looked back! I moved from The gym Bracknell as I was frustrated with never getting parked. East park has plenty of parking, super clean showers and friendly staff. I have a great PT Emily who I can’t recommend enough! She has built my confidence and shown me equipment and weights that I wouldn’t have ever thought I could use. Emily encourages and is always on hand for support.

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym that doesn’t judge on what you look like but what you want to achieve. This is if supportive team willing to help . This is a very well equipped gym friendly staff good clean facilities and for added help they offer personal trainers. Emily (EJ Fitness) is patient but drives you to do the best or even more than your best when you think you not got it. She’s so good at adapting exercises when head and heart say yes but legs may not. Couldn’t have achieved what I have without her and Eastpark gym.

Fantastic experience: EPG has great facilities and is well set up to cater for all abilities. Stepping into a new gym can be daunting but the team are always there to assist if needed. Since joining EPG in April and signing up for PT sessions with Emily I have thoroughly enjoyed the confidence I have gained with sessions with her. Emily has set out two full body work out sessions for me to follow on a weekly basis in order to achieve my goals and not make it feel like a chore! Would highly recommend ☺️

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in August 2022. I was very apprehensive after not being in a gym for a long time but the staff are so welcoming and friendly! Emily showed me around initially and ran through how the different machines worked. I then went on to book PT sessions with her and she has really helped me create some goals and more importantly get me on the road to achieving them! Thank you East Park Gym!

Fantastic experience: East park gym is an amazing modern facility with all the equipment you would want to train, the staff and trainers there at always on hand for anything you need, the last few months I have been using Ollie from OG performance he’s a trainer at the gym and he has helped me with my training and I can see the improvements every session.

Negative experience: You will struggle to use this place. Only been in 3 times having been paying every month for 4 months and you can’t get onto the equipment at when you want to use it. Today I’ve just had to give up after 5 minutes because they are so over capacity. If you want a lunchtime workout it might be better for you. If you want mornings or evenings it’s not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Love it! Well worth the 56 mile round trip (I'm not joking). The kit is amazing. Hits the fine spot between a cardio gym and a 'meat head' gym. Friendly staff, friendly members, always clean. I've got a feeling the membership numbers will max out very soon, if they haven't already. When a sauna is installed it gets 6 stars

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely approachable... the kit they have to offer is top of the line, every piece of kit has been well though through and is there for a purpose rather then to fill a space or tick a box. Kit is always clean and maintained, they are always adding to the already diverse range. An amazing outdoor training area that has not been replicated in this quality at any other gym. Cannot think of a single fault. Definitely worth coming down to check out what they have to offer
