Negative experience: I will start by saying that the classes are fab and the instructors are all really lovely! However, cancelling my membership has been a total nightmare! Before the new app was launched, it advised you to email them to cancel your membership. I have emailed three times since January and have never had a response. The studio is only open at class times and I do not live locally any more therefore, cannot pop in easily to speak to someone. There are no contact numbers online which makes things even more difficult. Furthermore, I cancelled my direct debit so the payments would stop however, the company started charging my other bank account which was used to pay the initial joining fee. A direct debit mandate was never agreed for this account and it took me a while to realise that the were charging me still. I am now £180 down, have had no response and am no further forward with cancelling my membership. Total nightmare which is a shame as the classes were amazing but customer service is extremely poor.

Negative experience: I was 2 minutes late to the class due to someone very nearly driving into my car on the way there, and the instructor rudely told me to leave. She was still giving the intro when I arrived but just stood up and said "you need to leave". I understood to an extent as it was my first session so I emailed to explain I wasn't allowed to join the class, expecting them to isse a refund or even a credit to re-book, but they refused! Cannot understand how a company can take £15 from someone then not let them join the class? Very poor example of customer service from the instructor and the person who emailed.
