Positive experience: Bardzo miła obsługa,czysto dużo sprzętu salka trenigowa mma,cena za miesiąc też dobra , jedna gwiazda mniej tylko z tego powodu dużo młodzieży zamiast ćwiczyć są w grupie zajmują miejsce a tak naprawdę rozmawiają ze sobą bądź siedzna na telefonach przypominam że siłownia jest żeby wejść zrobić co zrobić i wyjść a nie usiąść na ławce zajmować miejsce i siedzieć po 10 minut na FB ,pozatym polecam zajęcia muay thai z Pawłem każdy wtorek i czwartek problem z wejściem na salkę dolna nawet jak ktoś jest na dole to nie zawsze chętnie chcę otworzyć jak otwierają u góry to nie zawsze da się wejść , radził bym inne rozwiązanie, do tego niech zacnie ktoś ścigać tych ludzi z telefonami bądź gadaniem dwie dziewczyny zajęły dziś dwa wyciagni i 45minu gadały między sobą a personel nic nie zrobił maskara

Positive experience: Overall a positive gym although i wished there were more cables as they're are all normally taken and I have had t wait 15 minutes to get access to one

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym to train in! Brilliant atmosphere with great music! Such a friendly environment, your guaranteed to make friends!! Huge selection of classes which are included in the memberships!The newly refurbished room “The Lab” is a great addition to the place too, so much space no matter how busy it gets. If you are wanting to join a gym, i can 100% recommend Rock Fitness! You can even do a pay as you go just to try it out.

Fantastic experience: I started my first fitness class with Danni on Thursday January 20th at 9.30-10.30. It is an awesome class, and Danni really works every muscle. You come away feeling you have achieved something. Well done to Danni, keep up the good work. Look forward to Thursdays now.

Fantastic experience: Great, Friendly, welcoming Gym. No judgemental people everyone I have met is friendly. Staff are all professional and very supportive of your goal and ability. All equipment is good quality, I am looking forward to the classes. I signed up for PT sessions, I would highly recommend this for a confidence boost and professional health and fitness advice.

Fantastic experience: Signed up on day 1 of opening, haven't looked back. Great equipment, staff are always informal and will do anything to make you feel welcome and keep you motivated. Members are very friendly and a diverse crowd, never a dull moment in there. Supplement variety and knowledge from staff is also brilliant, good quality and great prices too 10/10

Fantastic experience: Ive been a regular at Rock fitness for the last five years. The gym is easily located, extremely clean, gym equipment is outstanding. There is no waiting at any times to use equipment. There is also the use of sunbeds too. The price for memberships is really affordable especially with the high standard & volume of equipment available. I would really recommend to anyone thinking of trying a new gym.

Fantastic experience: A really excellent gym. A very varied range of high quality equipment, including functional fitness room and a top of the range Hammerstrength Squat Rack. Great classes for all fitness abilities, Personal Trainers, Beautician, Barber and Sport Therapist. A great gym all round!
