Fantastic experience: Really enjoying using this gym. Been a member for just over a month. Feels daunting at first as it is a place where you can take your weight lifting seriously, but as someone who just wanted a better enviroment than the local leisure center gym full of school kids, it has been brilliant, Loads of equipment, rarely do I have to wait for a piece of equipment and there is probably at least 2 or more ways to do the same exercise. Loads of kit I haven't even worked out what it's for yet. Brilliant staff always welcoming and friendly, full of tips and advice for my wife who has joined also. Really pleased and happy to be a member here, It makes me want to come and work out.

Fantastic experience: Can’t fault the gym, A* equipment to use and and various amounts of it too. Staff are very attentive and friendly from arrival to when you leave. Would recommend this gym to anyway if you really wanna thrive!

Positive experience: Went as a guest of my step-son. Has a much better feel that more commercially orientated chains. Clients actually training rather than largely mincing around. No youngsters hanging around kit. Good experience.

Fantastic experience: This is much more than a gym. I've trained for over forty years and it's the best performance development centre that I've ever used. It has the best equipment and fantastic people with expert knowledge and experience.

Fantastic experience: Proper gym with huge selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment, plus friendly, welcoming staff. Great atmosphere to workout in, with people committed and focused on their workout rather than scrolling through Instagram which is commonplace at other gyms. Best gym I’ve been to over the years.

Fantastic experience: Seriously,what is there not to like about the friendly and inclusive atmosphere where anybody can train without worry of being bullied or ridiculed? There is something here for every one , from the sublimely fit to those who want to get fitter. Help is at hand when unsure with a piece of equipment or even if you just want to chat about the different aspects of fitness. Great place to work out and make friends!!!

Fantastic experience: Ive been at Elite Performance for 16 Months, i started my fitness journey 3 years ago, i did make good progress at the start, lost a lot of weight, but i wanted to do more, i wanted to build muscle and enjoy the gym, the gym i was at was ok, but i wanted somewhere that makes you push yourself, that inspires you to chase your dreams to attain your goals, i found that when i found Elite, Since coming to Elite the progress i've made is phenomenal which can be seen in the picture i've attached, The staff are always happy to help, nothing is ever to much trouble, that atmosphere is always great, the one thing i really like is the fact they don't stand still, they're always asking how they can improve, what new machines or equipment would you like to see, this tells me that this is a place that cares, its not about money its about you as a member, i recommend anyone to try it

Fantastic experience: Joined Elite back early last summer (2018) come in had a chat with Lyndsey, and signed up there and then. My goal has been to put on size and I have achieved that I still have a long way to go. They place where I'll get that is putting the work and effort in at Elite Performance. Staff always very friendly when walking through the door with big smiles. I've never been to a gym that feels so welcoming like a family really. The equipment is absolutely fantastic. Gym is always clean. Staff very approachable so any issues don't be afraid to have a chat with staff. Also in the gym everyone helps each other out. If you just want to get fit or lift weights build muscle I would highly recommend you come down speak to the Elite Performance staff. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. FANTASTIC GYM BEST IN HEREFORD..

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! I'm a gym owner and visit a lot of gyms and this one is one of the top ones I've been to. Has great free weights and machines as well as functional kit and even though you get your hardcore bodybuilders you also get everyone inbetween and a good number of female atheletes. I'm actually visiting Hereford for the bank holiday this weekend based on this gym.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym that caters both for cardio and weights but more emphasis on weights. Friendly staff but even friendlier members many of which have given help on technique or just a simple nod to say hi.
