I don't have a membership as its a little too far from work and far from where I live but I pop up here 3 to 4 times a month because I just love all the machines they have! They have the best branded equipment. Can not forget the ultimate pull over machine which a lot of places do not have.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained in gyms in Australia, New Zealand and Dubai and I can tell you hands down that this is the best gym I’ve trained in. Great equipment, a great selection of supplements and friendly staff and clientele. I highly recommend you go see it for yourself.

Fantastic experience: If Carlsberg did gyms, this would be the place! Amazing kit, I've trained everywhere around Nuneaton Bedworth and Coventry, and this place, without a doubt, has the best kit around! All the machines are first class, not like your puregym rubbish! Mountains of freeweights, multiple machines for every muscle group, a brilliant bag room and ring and much much more! If you can't get a pump here, there's something wrong with you! Post workout, you can grab a shake, a meal, a shower, and a sunbed! An awesome family run gym! Ray and the team are all lovely and always happy to help! Go check it out for yourselves you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I travel all over the world and still train, however this is still the best gym by far and once you have been here, you will quickly realise there is nowhere better with the variety and quality of the equipment. Nothing compares to it really.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant gym! Been training here for over a year now, great atmosphere! Have a real mix of people train here, bodybuilders, powerlifters, strong man, women, average gym goers and of all ages and everyone mixes and encourages each other. Everyone is very friendly and and it has a real work hard atmosphere. Equipment wise, it has some of the best I’ve used, Mostly hammer strength and watson. Staff are awesome, very friendly and always giving out spots to anyone needing one or advise. Dumbbells up to 90kg, massive range of resistance machines, strong man equipment including a car you deadlift and a fully kitted boxing studio. As a bodybuilder i can say the Gym has everything for bodybuilding. The staff even don’t mind the posing practice which is the reason I’ve left gyms in the past. Also they don’t turn the music off till the gym closes which must be one of the only gyms to do that. Could not recommend enough

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym nice atmosphere everyone is friendly and helpful it has showers etc for us ladies and it's super for getting fit quick loads of classes and equipment to choose from and if you need help lots of support wouldn't go anywhere else it's very good value for your money a couples monthly pass is only £40 and you can go when you want or you can pay as you go

Fantastic experience: All the weights and machines you could ever need to use, Good advice and personal trainers at hand if needed, family run gym who also won championships, they have a nice cafe bar. Good fitness and boxing classes. and a nice sun tanning booth. I am a regular and wouldn't go anywhere else.
