Love Fitness Henley

Negative experience: OMG guys please run away from that dirty and rusty place as fast as you can!!!! Waste of money and time I am warning you!!!! The place has rusty dirty equipment, it hasn't been deep cleaned in ages, toilets smells of urine and dump!!! Most of the equipment is old, dirty and does not work or is braking down on regular basis...to get fix it's nearly impossible that's for sure. Admin always promises you empty promises just to brush you off but nothing has changed in many many months.... If there would be a below zero stars I would give them because I could never recommend this place who call itself a gym, to any person who wants to get fit and healthy!

Fantastic experience: I went for the gym and classes membership which really does offer a great variety of classes really enjoy the yoga especially! Staff friendly helpful and motivating and fun! Been going to love fitness for a while now, Has all the equipment you need , and real general good vibe about the place and to top it off its great value for your money. Can't fault it.

Fantastic experience: Not the poshest gym, but has everything you need for training. What I’ve loved most is the community. The classes are positive and fun — thanks to the trainers and the other participants. Offers variety of machines (strength and cardio) and free weights. Personal trainers are also based at the gym and teach the classes. The showers are clean and private. Excellent value for money.

Negative experience: Kept asking for membership prices but never sent.

Fantastic experience: The perfect little spot to get exercise in. Its small and efficient, has what is needed for a great workout and the staff (especially Freddie) are all so incredible and welcoming. Its also very convenient to get to, has ample parking and really clean shower facilities.

Fantastic experience: Been visiting the soft tissue specialist after suffering a stroke and heart attack.. And the man has bought some feeling and sensation back in to my right leg and foot... Bit of a long haul but prepared for the battle.... The man's a legend in his own right....

Fantastic experience: Firstly, there is a vast variety of equipment convenient to any type of workout.The classes are superb, anyone is welcome. However the thing that has stood out to me and others i have interacted with in the gym the most is the workers and client relationships, walking in to see the workers talking to clients and walking round the gym making conversation has made me and many others feel very comfortable in the gym it really shows Massimo is creating not just a gym with people but a community and it honestly makes a room full of strangers feel like a safe place.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming gym, with a huge variety of equipment to suit all sorts of workouts. The classes are excellent and inclusive, anyone is welcome and you’ll even get different variations of exercises/weights dependent on ability. An excellent find!

Fantastic experience: Good quality Professional and swift communication with it's members. Love Fitness really has it all, upon entering for the first session I was greeted by Massimo who appeared adaptable to me and my needs at a gym. My needs are as follows: Pull-ups - 4 stations Squat rack/yoke - 2 stations Deadlift platform - 1 station Weight sets up to 30kg - note I am not an ego lifter :) Lat pull down - a rarity in other gyms Bench press - 1 station Showes x2 An ab roller - it's also the little things available that make the difference Needs for others fulfilled: Cardio vascular machines including rowing, running, cross trainer and a space outside to train. Core workout area including exercise balls and weighted balls. My only reason for leaving was that although geographically the gym was less than a mile form my home, the journey from work to my home involved an hours minium for a 10 mile drive and this would make it 7pm to arrive home. It is purely open to opinion my reason for leaving, Massimo and his team have the values of an incredible gym ahead of them. At least provide them with a visit on a trial basis, not one to ignore.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely, friendly boutique gym with experienced trainers. There is a good mixture of classes to suit everyone's needs and fitness, can highly recommend!

Positive experience: Amazing array of equipment, suitable for people who are just getting into fitness or avid gym goers. Personal trainers available with many classes to choose from and a fair monthly membership fee. Friendly staff and coaches. Clean modern feel. Managed by great people. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym - love it. Equipment very good. Fun atmosphere - nice friendly members and staff. Excellent trainers and classes. The yoga is outstanding. Its not an enormous club so you are not lost in the numbers and are personally greeted and known!

Fantastic experience: A really friendly, well equipped gym with parking. Staff are always super helpful and personal trainers offer a great range of sessions, tailored to all levels and abilities. Loads of classes to choose from, again catering for a wide range of fitness levels. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym - the instructors (also personal trainers) are very good. They help by giving individual feedback and ensure you focus on the correct technique, whilst still challenging you. I use a combination of classes and my own gym work. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend highly enough. Really friendly club, the PT's do a great job with settling you in to the club on joining and continue to be helpful with any queries or issues. Members are friendly too! There are a great range of classes from Spin to Total Body Workouts and hITT classes so something to suit everyone. Cafe next door is a bonus too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Lovely owners who are v helpful with everybody's needs. Classes are great and run by v good PTs. Good value with all the equipment you need. Parking and cafe opposite!! Nice mix of users- older, younger, fit, less active....... Everybody is catered for. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! The staff are so efficient and friendly! Nothings ever too much of a problem. They’ve really help me on my technique, small changes have made a huge difference. They recommend doing a class, never done one before, loads of high energy! Thinking making it a regular slot to my training. Definitely best place I’ve found in Henley!

Fantastic experience: Loving the gym so much. Great staff and instructors. Loads of classes and brilliant equipment. I have just retired and thought it was about time l got myself in shape. Was made to feel very welcome and encouraged, which is exactly what l needed. If you need a bit of help getting fit for the summer l recommend love fitness. Give it a go, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, something for everyone and friendly staff and personal trainers. The spin studio has an amazing atmosphere and the instructors really work you hard. All classes are part of your membership. Best gym in Henley!

Fantastic experience: This new gym is very well appointed and easily accessible - entrance opposite Phyllis Court - with plenty of parking. It is run by Massimo Antinoro and his wife, both of whom are properly trained personal instructors. There are other PI's too, and classes - yoga and pilates classes are apparently to be added in the near future. The website does not seem to give the price structure which is pretty silly, but from memory, annual membership is about £450, which is very competitive, and I think there are other schemes too. I have no qualms in recommending this gym for I am confident that you will be well catered for, regardless of your age or current fitness level
