Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of equipment and space, barely ever need to wait. Instructors there are very helpful too providing guidance when needed.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have been to. A large open, airy space, a good number of machines and weights. A good feel to the place. Really enjoy using this gym!

Positive experience: Lovely, friendly independent gym in a beautiful countryside setting. Good equipment and was super empty when we went. Would get a 5 stars however the gym is unfortunately very warm and there is no water refill station, only paid bottles of water behind the counter. But, will 100% be back next time I am down in Kent :)

Positive experience: Good gym, sound lads and great equipment. Unfortunately I have had to cancel my membership due to the gym now using a wood burning heater INSIDE the gym, which has led to smoke now filling the gym space and causing a disgusting atmosphere to train in. After every session my clothes now stink of smoke (hard to comprehend when you’re in a gym!) A real shame as I was one of the original members, however loyalty was an afterthought in this instance. If people are cold, IMO they should train harder or wear a jumper (simple fix)

Fantastic experience: I haven't used a gym since the dark ages and Atlas is just perfect. Incredibly friendly, welcoming and unintimidating. Ryan and Dan are lovely and down to Earth and make the whole place feel relaxed. The equipment is fab (to my inexperienced eyes!) and I'm always excited to be going and leave buzzing! Highly recommend.
