Fantastic experience: Just started going a week ago with my friends and. I already love it and the workers are really good

Fantastic experience: Great gym catering for all levels of fitness. Well equipped gym floor & a good mix of group excercise classes. A friendly & welcoming environment. I go between the Kirkcaldy & Glenrothes branches. The reception staff go out of their way to be welcoming & helpful. Any new comer to the gym would soon feel at home & enjoy the facilities & service provided. Tried other gyms. Alway come back . That in itself speaks volumes ……

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to Gym 64 Glenrothes. It is such a welcoming gym. The staff are really friendly and the classes are excellent with first class instructors. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Used to go to this gym a few months ago have to say was a really good gym as it has lots of equipment more than enough for all needs staff were also very friendly classes were very well presented and instructed and facilities were amazing also has the option of sauna steamroom and also a sunbed

Fantastic experience: Got myself a week's membership for £25 whilst visiting my friend. Great facilities, large fitness suite which was well equipped. Long opening times and a great cafe area. Didn't think to take any photos. But the website pics are a fair reflection of the premises currently - Oct 2022 The staff were friendly, happy and helpful.

Fantastic experience: So clean and new. Went there when it was Raw and it was a tatty warehouse with a leaky roof. What a transformation. Tried my first class today, Metafit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very helpful.

Positive experience: A lot of equipment ,good gym.

Negative experience: Great gym, cant fault it but I continually waste time and petrol going for a sauna and steam room for them to be off. I'm either told "it's on a timer" or I'll figure out how to sort the problem" but nothing changes. 2 or 3 times I've had use of it out of around 12 times I've drove up to use it.

Positive experience: Very good. A little on the expensive side. Some employers have a deal with them that offer 25% off - it would be good if they reached out to more local employers to do this. However still very good gym with all weight equipment, plenty cardio machines, some crossfit style apparatus, a boxing ring and punch bags. A strength training room. They have a variety of fitness classes. Sauna and steam room. Once a member you can train at either of their 3 facilities (kirkcaldy, dunfermline and Glenrothes). And good on site advice from qualified trainers etc

Fantastic experience: Love it. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
