Negative experience: Is literally the worst they don't even teach you fighting they make you do exercises even though I do my weights at the gym and 40£ for dis are they clapped

Fantastic experience: Perfect blend of fun and discipline. My son loves it. It has old values with modern approaches. They have been more than helpful. I also have a lot of martial art experience so I know they know what they are talking about. After trying several other clubs in Teesside(very disappointing) I have found one my son and I like.
