Fantastic experience: Great people, great gym extremely friendly and supportive!

Positive experience: serviceable gym. quite cramped, not much breathing room and the staff are sometimes less than friendly but some nice machines and enough equipment to get a nice pump. 5/10

Negative experience: acceptable equipment, but not a big gym at all, and the prices for membership and even a day pass (£8) is way too high for the quality. best off travelling to a bigger one in york!

Fantastic experience: Been here before to get my nails done - Best acrylics I've ever had! Started going to their gym as a temp member - Lovely staff, great amount of equipment, never too busy.

Positive experience: Equipment is very good and helpful for specific training. Just a bit pricey for membership considering size of the space

Positive experience: Good gym mostly aimed towards body building but has some strongman kit. A smaller space than I expected but can get everything done you need to. Nice to use the same log some of the Giants strongman athletes have used.

Positive experience: I only go there to my manicurist who has a room there. She is brilliant 'Nail Perfect'

Fantastic experience: Most welcoming gym ever! Reception area is like your living room but more social. Hair and beauty is also excellent if you prefer a pamper. Parking is easy too.
