Fantastic experience: Great gym, equipment is top end and lots of variety for all muscle groups, staff are friendly and approachable and there is no attitude from gym users. 1 of the best gyms I have been.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a full on bodybuilder, however this gym is epic. Staff are great patrons are so nice and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere I spend double the time in there due to it. Had around 30 people yesterday in there and I didn't need to wait for any machine or area. Absolutely love this place wish I'd joined sooner.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym,I've been lifting since 1990 and been to alot of gyms in my time and this is one of the best gyms I've been to, very well laid out and excellent atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've been to in 20+ years of training... Only negative is there's no rowing machines... But I hear of plans to add an additional floor in there so maybe there will be Also it needs the preloaded barbells other than that absolutely everything is covered My favourite machine is the plate loaded pull over machine - Can really feel it working the lats!

Fantastic experience: If your serious about training and sick of the "modern" gym world, then this is a great place to train. Equipment wise it can't really be beaten, great atmosphere and great music

Positive experience: The gym is great and the machines are class but like most gyms these days, you spend majority of your time avoiding peoples cameras and tripods while they film low budget videos for their insta pages. Sigh....

Fantastic experience: The consistency of reviews speaks for it self. Like any gym when u first start, it takes a week to set up your routine and style of training to work around your training times with the flow of people. Pretty standard any were u go. Advantages are there is so much kit, you are spoilt for choice. What a great problem to have highly recommended everyone has been friendly with a wide variety of ages going.

Fantastic experience: Best gym!!! Muscle hut has the best of the best equipment, so many different machines that you wouldn't see in other gyms. The people are all so welcoming and friendly towards absolutely everyone, it really feels like a community and a fitness family... I really wouldn't want to train anywhere else!! Hope its okay to post the video when there are members in it!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I can't put into words how impressed I was with this place! From the customer service to the atmosphere these guys have created in the gym! Amazing! Great gym, great equipment (a lifters playground), amazing music, even the members are nice! It's gyms like this that put the "community" in fitness community!!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Muscle Hut Medway for a push session and I must say, the equipment there is absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The music was spot on and added to the overall welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. I would definitely rate my experience 11/10 and highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

Fantastic experience: Little did I know that a stones thrown from my door is one of the best gym's I've been to in 20+years. Every single bodybuilding apparatus you would ever need but the cardio section needs a rowing machine (please if someone's listening). Also opening times most gym's are 24hrs now but maybe a little earlier opening... I'm literally waiting for it to open now. Other than that get in there!

Positive experience: Visited the gym today and have mixed feelings about the place. The gym is not very well managed at all. People left their bags near equipment on the gym floor obstructing access to machines, people huddling around equipment just talking for ages and taking pictures, a girl was eating her lunch whilst walking thru the gym floor, as if it was a cafeteria. Other than that the equipment was top notch and good variety. Will I be going back ? Unlikely

Fantastic experience: One of, if not the best gym in Kent, amazing variety of equipment some old school some so modern it looks like a spaceship, Friendly and funny staff who were very welcoming. The gym is also extremely clean and tidy not to mention the atmosphere if fu**ing amazing. Only 2 things that were a problem is. 1- the website could be better in terms of navigating. 2- and there is no phone number or email address to contact if there is a question you have (at least I couldn’t find one). If you live in the area there is no better gym than muscle hut!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Has loads of equipment for everyone to use. Staff are welcoming and friendly, facilities are good also. Car park is limited so during peak hours its busy and hard to find a space, hopefully the car park gets sorted soon. I’d say the best weightlifting/bodybuilding gym around Medway! Happy to be training here!

Fantastic experience: The gym is spacious, equipped with wide variety of amazing kits, people with all fitness levels will find something useful for their training . But bare in mind, this is " a gym only" (which is my preferred choice), meaning there's no sauna , swimming pool etc, also the car park spaces are a little limited currently (roughly 16 spots) but they are working on to make more , as in peak times between 4pm-7pm can be difficult to park and finding a suitable place in that industrial area can be challenging because there's a lot of hgv's around. Far as I heard they will still bring more gym equipment later on, literally the only thing I haven't found for the gym is the "pre-set" barbell rack, usually weighing between ~10kg- 45kg , a wide lat pull down bar and a few extra popular cardio machines like elliptical/cross trainer + rowing machines. The only thing I don't like are the adjustable benches, they are a bit narrow on that end where your shoulder/upper back goes let's say doing any exercise what requires the person to lie down, can be quite difficult to prevent not to wobble to either side , let alone with heavy dumbbells in the hand, but these are just my thoughts, my preference is the wider padded bench. All in all is an outstanding gym and very good value for money! Worth to mention that variety and amount of leg / back equipments are amazing. The 2 full sets of dumbbell racks ranging from 5 to 50/70 kg in 2 separate places is a nice touch as this way the place wont be overcrowded and if one specific set is being used there's always another one. Price: £ 35 /month currently, no contract required Opening times: Monday to Friday: 05:00 - 23:00 Saturday Sunday: 06:00 - 20:00
