Fantastic experience: Was nervous about joining a gym gor the first time,, happy I joined this one,, Staff are welcoming and very helpful,, they got ever type of machine as well as free weights,,5 hours spent working at the moment,, never thought I'd ever look forward to exercise. If you're a beginner start here..

Fantastic experience: My Buddy is a member at the gym and wanted me to join him for a workout so I paid for a day pass and went and trained chest and triceps. I have never been here before but everyone who has either been a member or trained here have always said how good it. They didn't lie it is a great gym, they have all your needs from cardio to free weights, lots of free weights, if your into bodybuilding or power lifting this gym is a must for you. I am defiantly going to return here in the distant future.

Positive experience: Came here for a week pass. Enjoyed the gym enough equipment for all workouts. Very covid friendly with a booking system on their social media thats user friendly and lots of cleaning products out to wipe down your machines. I also thought the idea of King & Queen of the gym was good as a extra motivation for members and all the PBs on the wall of lifts

Positive experience: It's definitely decent if you're a lad, for me I felt that there was limited cardio machines and I'm all about my spin bike and there was only one and it was manual with no timer etc. Still it's friendly and clean.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I've been to in terms of equipment and staff The vibe of this gym is invigorating and the atmosphere of the place gives for a motivating workout The couple who run this place are patient and friendly too, no ego's, no feelings of being uncomfortable, i think a lot of gyms could benefit from this place
