Positive experience: Quick and efficient, comfortable treatment. A little costly, but good qualified care. The personal concern and kindly professionalism is appreciated. Appointments are necessary but are kept very close to time.

Negative experience: I left feedback as requested post appointment however didnt didn't receive a response and was hoping to get in touch depending on how I felt after the treatment the next day. I was told that I would feel much better but unfortunately that didn't happen. I booked in for a deep tissue/sports massage to relieve many knots and long term tension from my shoulders, back and neck. I did receive some good physio advice and excercises for my sore rotator cuffs however the 'aromatherapy' massage to follow just didn't work for me and wasn't what I'd booked. Sometimes the patient knows what their body needs and because I'd had such tension for a while I knew I just needed get that kneaded out which was questioned by the physician that a hard massage doesn't necessarily help. I sadly seem to be on repeat with seeing physicians to help relieve or fix a very uncomfortable and debilitating strain only to be charged over and over for not meeting the needs of the customer. I'm sorry to leave you a review like this however Dariusz was excellent in explaining and advising physio for my shoulders. It just wasn't what my body needed and sometimes the patient is much more in tune with that then you may think. service: Physio Treatment

Fantastic experience: Amazing massage. Facilities where imaculate. Clean and professional. Massage was a true hour each. Was given plenty of prosecco as we had a Valentines package. Massage included legs arms and full back shoulder and neck. 10 /10 value for money! Little hard to find! They could do a package which included a full massage and some beauty treatments which would be a nice touch. All staff where professional and polite. 100% will return and SOON.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Pure Harmony Clinic. I have been three times now for a back wax, and each time I have felt it was conducted professionally, but also felt like it had a personal experience. Agnes takes her time and whilst I think she actually enjoys giving me pain, the results are fantastic :)

Fantastic experience: Dariusz is an incredibly thorough expert in his field and unlike most masseurs I have been treated by, he gave it all throughout the whole hour of my session. There was nothing particularly wrong with me, I went to PHC for a bit of stress relief and I was greatly impressed. Heavenly relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Świetna atmosfera. Polecam gorąco Edyte ,która robi bardzo profesjonalnie paznokcie. Dostalam kilka komplementow od znajomych z mojej pracy co do kształtu paznokci i ich ogolnego wygladu.
