Fantastic experience: GET HERE NOW...don't walk. Run. Beyond impressive representation of raw body building gym. If I didn't live in America. I would move to the area just to be able to train in such a perfect setting. Owner is a tremendous person, skip anywhere else. You've found salvation here

Fantastic experience: Visited here whilst back in dewsbury. Gym like no other, old school gym with still very good equipment which you rarely see. But also the atmosphere, don’t get that type of atmosphere in commercial gyms, highly recommend to anyone who loves the gym.

Fantastic experience: Went down for a session and absolutely loved it,had a great session and enjoyed using vintage equipment from the 70’s which was very unique and very smooth considering the age. Met the owner Sam who was very welcoming,helpful and also funny would defo recommend to whoever is into serious training . Overall 10/10

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for a few years, the owner Sam is a very nice guy and hes always their to give you some advice where needed, all the lads that go their are all sound all welcoming, its open 24 hrs a day once you sign up you get a key so you can go literally anytime you want. All the equipment Is old school Steel (Rocky style gym) Call into see Sam or give him a call if you want to get in shape

Fantastic experience: I would train here everyday if I could. What a place. The atmosphere, equipment and Old School belt & braces feel. Once you try it you won’t wanna go anywhere else. The owner Sam is very knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help.
