Fantastic experience: I was a member at Vision Fitness in Henham for a couple years. The gym is clean, has all the right equipment and a really nice family-vibe... A great place to workout and make friends, whilst achieving your goals!!

Fantastic experience: Have just been down to a Yoga class here run by Lucy from Tri-Konasana. Very impressed by the studio room which was light and airy with lovely views out over the fields. Staff were all very friendly, had a nice feel about the place. Didn’t use the gym but looked like a good range of equipment. Highly recommend the early yoga class which was really enjoyable and perfectly timed to still allow me to get to work early.

Fantastic experience: Such a great, hidden gem. Smaller than your big brand places yet has everything* you could ask for (*ok, except for a pool, but you can't have everything! ). You can really tell the owner and the gym staff care a lot about customers and general well being, highly recommend.

Positive experience: I have been to have a look after some reviews and found nearly all of the outside equipment full of loads of heavy set cobwebs which looks like it's been there a while as I have a fear of spiders , I don't fancy bringing my own dusters, but if I have to so be it But the equipment they have is definitely great to look at so I'll find out soon enough after joining how everything works and will Re.review my review after joining today or tomorrow

Positive experience: Small yet effective little gym. Perfect for the area and what it lacks in size is made up in quality and friendliness of staff. Although the building itself is small, the owners have made amazing use of the space and even recently extended. This gym compromises of a main gym floor ( reception desk located at the front of this ) changing room with a toilet and shower , a studio which doubles up into extra gym space when it's not being used for classes, a spin studio with 10 bikes ( 9 customers 1 instructor) and an outside decking and gym area. There is also a hair and beauty room, which i believe is located upstairs . I personally have not used this but have only heard good things about pricing and quality of service. You can just come and use the centre for classes or for the gym or both. Personal training is also available at an additional cost. For classes you need to book and book as fast as possible as these are booked up very quickly. Covid plans are in place and are practised well by staff and users alike. There is a track and trace of both scan code and written logged for those who don't bring their phones to the gym. There is also a temperature scanner in which you pop your forehead in front of, and it takes your temperature before you enter. There are lots and lots of wipes and anti bacterial sprays about it, and everyone is asked to wipe machines after they have been used.i have not been yet when someone hasn't done this. There is also a booking system, but if it is not busy, you can still walk in. Having not set foot in a gym for several years, it's always a scary concept. Yes, all the pts looks fabulous fit and healthy, and for some, this may be off-putting. Please do not let that put you off they are exceptionally welcoming helpful and will make you feel at ease. It also is a reflection that they practice what they preach. ( This is, of course, my personal take on it) . If the main gym floor was a little bigger, I'd give it full 5 stars as it does feel a little cramped, particularly when the patients have clients .This is, of course, out of the owners' hands as they have made amazing use all all areas and adapted the outside really well to make the outside gym. All in all, it is a great gym with lots of choices for equipment which is all in good working and looked after condition .

Fantastic experience: I had the fortune to stumble across Vision Fitness this morning whilst en route to deliver a vehicle in the village to a customer. I had driven down from Doncaster and was convinced I would find a place for a bathroom break before I got to my customer. I didn't! And then I came across Vision Fitness! I cheekily and desperately asked if they would allow me to use their bathroom. They very kindly did. No questions asked and done with a kind heart. They asked me to sign in for Covid reasons and were very happy, smiley people! I'm not from this area but if I was, I would certainly use their gym (and I definitely have reason to!) if only for their friendliness! Thank you so much to the two ladies on the front desk! In this job, people aren't always so kind, and this visit was much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: The doors of the amazing vision fitness are open again! Ollie and the team have done such a fantastic job ensuring safety with the reopening! Overall felt very reassured by the new hygiene measures and easy instructions and reminders to follow! The new studio looks incredible and the new equipment in the other new room is great, lovely new workout area! well done guys so good to come back!

Positive experience: They've got some really cool kit It can feel a little cramped but the warm, enthusiastic and helpful attitude of the staff make up for it completely. It's a very straightforward no frills gym environment and experience. On my first day, using a PayAsYouGym pass, I was given an induction after filling out a medical history form by a very helpful trainer. He even allowed me join him in his chest workout ️

Fantastic experience: Ever the gym-phobic - my attitude to fitness has completely changed since joining Vision Fitness I couldn't recommend them more highly. Such a comfortable environment to workout in and the PT's are always on hand to give you great advice on how to progress further with your fitness journey.
