Fantastic experience: Had a spa day and lunch voucher for my birthday. Staff very nice and helpful. Massage was great, but would say when I first arrived it had a few people in spa room but the last hrs I got to busy with over 6 people trying to get into hot tub . And then made the massage experience was very noisy with everyone talking

Fantastic experience: Had a great morning, swimming in the spa pool, relaxing in the sauna, and having a Swedish massage. Then, I had a good coffee and a lovely sandwich in the onsite cafe. All staff were lovely and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I booked this wee find through Groupon for me and my sister for her birthday. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Donna and showed us all about the spa. It has a big massive juccuci, steam room and sauna we both also had a back massage from Courtney who was really nice and polite. To top it off had a lovely lunch after it. We would defo recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Friend and I went to the spa for treatments. Purchased an experience which included spa + facial / massage + lunch. Everything was amazing. They have a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, infinity pool with treadmill. The lady doing our treatments was great, I felt relaxed. Then we almost forgot lunch was included and we were ready to go when the lady at the reception reminded us that lunch is included and we should head over to order. 5 stars + We are thinking of coming back when they have availability!

Fantastic experience: Use this gym when I'm back visiting my mum. It's never too busy and has everything you need. Like the membership options that allow you to only sign up for a week/month at a time.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I had a wonderful experience today in the spa. A beautiful space, very calming with nice lighting and soothing music. The facilities were all brilliant. We got massages and I highly recommend this service. The lady massaging was not only skilled but friendly and professional. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. To top it all off the food in the cafe totally hit the spot. What a great afternoon

Fantastic experience: The ITISON deal I purchased for a spa day was very good, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was handled with ease by the staff. They gave 5 star service throughout our visit In addition to our deal, we got a massage from Courtney and she was fantastic! The spa experience was excellent, the hot tub was hot (no one wants a lukewarm hot tub), the pool has a treadmill and a current resistance machine (this blew my mind) the steam room and sauna helped me relax. The room was very clean and quiet. It's a great place for relaxing and recharging (they even have affirmation podcasts playing in the background). We even managed to grab a bite to eat, and the staff were extremely accommodating. Even offered gluten free options and offered to make the swap as easily as possible. Great wee hidden gem!

Positive experience: Most of the machines work perfectly, a few are a little dodgy, but safe and get the job done. Their boxing room is class as well. Staff are all very kind and helpful

Fantastic experience: Friendly & experienced staff that go above and beyond. Two floors of machines & weights, a studio that hosts a variety of classes through the week and a newly created spa on the ground floor. There’s a cafe & play area too with a good selection of food, hot drinks & bubble tea. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Only joined the gym yesterday but I honestly could not fault the place, the staff are sooo friendly. Donna who gave us the tour of the place is so lovely and approachable and Ryan is on hand to answer any questions you may have, I really feel at ease in this gym even with my extreme gym anxiety! Great equipment and setup too, can't wait to try out some classes

Fantastic experience: Been attending this gym for a year and a half, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Ive made friends for life and the boys keep you on track feel part of a family and not just a number. Even have my parents attending with me, who both hated gyms until i convinced them to come along and try it out and they both have memberships too
