Founded in 1997 by Ex Heavyweight Boxer Clifton Mitchell, “One Nation Boxing” was formed in Derby after many years of experience in the sport. The gym gives opportunities and a safe space for aspiring boxing champions in the local community. A chance for Clifton and his coaches to pass on those skills and techniques to youngsters & adults interested in either getting fit and or rising to the top of the sport itself.

Fantastic experience: Excellent kickboxing classes here. Really passionate coaches who inspire. My nephew is in the Ninjas (kids class), son is now in adults class. Both been going for years and love it. It's great as a keep fit sport, and gives kids confidence and resilience. I can't praise coach Matt Hainey and the Warriors coaches enough.
