Train24 gives Flexibility and freedom to fit it around you! Unrestricted to opening hours, diverse range of equipment and a large open floor space to utilise as you wish around class times.
Train24 gives Flexibility and freedom to fit it around you! Unrestricted to opening hours, diverse range of equipment and a large open floor space to utilise as you wish around class times. Circuits, programs, and tutorials can be found on our page and accessed free with memberships.
Support. Train24 is unstaffed a lot of the time, however, we will always make time to help. Simply arrange a time you will be there and one of our fully qualified coaches will be on hand.
Full induction, training programs and diet advice is provided once signed up and is rechecked every 6-8weeks. This is at your discretion; if something is not working simply let us know and I will be fixed.

Fantastic experience: Very good one. Having all equipment you need, 24h open so is best for what I need. clean and organised as well. staff very helpfull

Negative experience: Knock me down with a feather this was certainly the worst gym I've ever used. Certain members of staff were rude the gym is very small and dark, equipment is old and outdated. I'd probably still be there now if my membership hadn't been cancelled for no reason.
