 Also from Evesham Sports Centre on a Saturday Morning From 8.45am - 9.30am for beginners, 9.30am - 10.30am for intermediates and 10.30am - 12.00pm for Advanced.

 The British Gymnastics award scheme begins at level 8 and becomes progressively more difficult through to level 1, where you can purchase not only the badge and certificate but a gold medal also. Forward rolls, Backward rolls, Cartwheels and Handstands are only a few of the first skills taught in this group. 

The more experienced gymnasts  start to put together routines on floor and beam, learning cartwheels and walkovers on the beam and round off’s and back flicks on the floor. On vault, gymnasts start to learn handsprings and half on’s. These are just a few of the more advanced skills taught in this group.
