Fantastic experience: Great gym excellent facilities and nice staff.

Fantastic experience: Gym has an abundance of equipment, some equipment I didn’t even know existed. Very spacious, large gym floor, also another larger room for leg machines and another for functional stuff. Good cardio equipment upstairs, and they had lockers to store things in. It was my first time and Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with so much equipment,staff are great and help you with all the equipment if needed,just ask and they will be there to help! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Large and well equipped gym with plenty of equipment for each muscle group and a great free weights selection. I was visiting Llandudno and was pleasantly surprised how good this gym is. It was always quiet when I visited in the daytimes. The weekly membership rate is very reasonable as well.

Jamie & Hayley really have put their all into this gym & they’re always amending bits here & there to keep on improving it. Always feel welcome & always someone around be it staff or another gym member willing to assist/guide/advise in your workouts or questions. The kit is full and varied and more than ample for an awesome workout, from cardio, ropes, free weights, machines, bags. A good range of products for people who need nutrition before or after, helpd me a lot if I have to train to or from work without time to prep fully. Keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS GYM!! I’ve been a member of Ignite for just over a year and I can honestly say, there isn’t another gym like it around here!! The amount of different machines, free weights and equipment is insane! You never feel like you’re standing around waiting for someone else to finish their set because there’s so much choice! As a female, it can sometimes be quite intimidating joining a new gym, but the atmosphere Jamie and the staff have created here ensures that everyone feels welcome and part of the Ignite family. There is always someone on hand if you need anything! If you’re looking for a new gym or your current one isn’t quite cutting it…. Join Ignite - you won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: If you care about training with the best equipment, welcoming staff and supportive gym culture this is the place for you. The owners are constantly making improvements and tweaking aspects to optimise customer experience, and are always on hand to offer help or advice where necessary Honestly, If I could score more than 5 starts I would.

Fantastic experience: The only gym that should be on your mind in north Wales. Friendly and welcoming staff, who will help you with any need. An abundance of hand selected kit to choose from, plenty of cardio equipment, and a huge functional area. Fully stocked shop with products ranging from pre, intra and post workout nutrition, as-well as frozen meals that the staff will gladly heat up for you. This gym deserves 6 stars.

Negative experience: Only plus point is they have enough equipments but gym is so small no space for cardio or doing mobility exercises. Also staffs are racist they didn't even let me refill water from the hydration point because I am brown. If you are a white you might get good treatment.

Fantastic experience: I visited this fantastic gym while on holiday in the area. Superb huge selection of quality equipment laid out very logically with plenty of space between everything. There are numerous varieties of machines as well as more free weights and body weight stations than you have probably seen in a gym before. There was even a chained belt (a personal favourite), a good functional area with full rigging and kettle bells, enough floor space for core and flexibility work, an area dedicate to cardio machines ( I can’t comment on these as did not visit that area). The receptionist was welcoming and knowledgable. The charge for a day pass was well under a tenner - it would have still been worth it if they charged several times as much. The music was appropriately upbeat but not too loud. It wasn’t difficult to find car parking just along the street. If you are looking for a gym in the area you can stop looking now, as this is the one!

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, showers, sun beds. friendly staff, reasonable prices with different options such as classes etc. Good selection of supplements and clothing. Was surprised by the sheer size of the gym, was like the tardis inside just kept going into multiple huge rooms full of equipment and weights. If your not sure pop in staff are happy for you to have a look around or take a tour and will even let you train for a session to see how you like it before signing up for anything. Gym atmosphere was excellent looking forward to future sessions. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This gym is definitely the best in North Wales, the equipment is maintained to a high standard with no expense spared and the overall layout is brilliant. Personally the boxing classes are a great highlight too, including multiple heavy bags and cardio stations. The shop near reception offers meals, drinks, protein and merch at very competitive prices too! Always been made to feel welcome, this gym has a great atmosphere to it. All staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If anyone is considering starting their fitness journey this is the place to start!

Fantastic experience: Working all over the country I get to use many health clubs and gyms. I'll be honest this gym is really good. I don't live in the area so the pay as you go is a great option. Entrance and a pre workout £7.50. A absolute bargain. The gym itself has a hard-core feel to it which I like. The equipment is bang on, different areas and machines for body parts. Although I work out regularly 4 times a week I left feeling like I'd broke down the body and was well pumped. If you can't get a good workout here then there is something seriously wrong. Good music was being played and a friendly atmosphere. I even spoke to some the locals which was nice. Cardio machines, punch and kick bags too. I think there are classes that can me taken. There are pre workouts post workout drinks and supplements to buy. I did see I sign for Sunbeds but I'm not sure if they are available still. A 5 star rating for me. I had look at other gyms in llandudno and this is the best one by far. Check it out!

Positive experience: This is a good gym. The organisation of the equipment by body area is good and there's plenty of equipment to go at. My only gripe is that their "day pass" isn't a day pass it's a single session. I'd intended to do cardio in the morning before work and strength after work but was told that the "day pass" is only for a single session in any day

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a workout while visiting this seaside resort town. Great gym right near the train station! Great equipment, especially for weight training. I really like how the equipment was organized by body part (chest, back, arms, legs, etc). Will definitely go back next January when I visit again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to train. Never seen so much resistance equipment to choose from. Staff are great and knowledgeable. Give it a look, you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: No heating. Its absolutely freezing in there. Stop being greedy and invest in some heating.

Fantastic experience: Joined Ignite gym and have slowly been trying the different variety of classes on offer. Each one has been different and varied with the trainer Jamie making adaptions when needed so that all fitness levels and abilities can take part. Using the gym itself - wide range of equipment and variety of weights, staff are always friendly and approachable when need advice or a quick demonstration. Best thing Iv done for myself this year

Fantastic experience: I was staying in the area with my husband and we wanted a gym to train in. We decided on Ignite as it was walking distance from our hotel. We was greeted by very friendly staff with smiley faces. So hospitable.A lady gave us a tour of the gym. The next day we trained on a day pass for £5 each which we think is great value. The equipment is clean and much to choose from. In fact the whole gym was clean. Music nice and loud to get you motivated. The shower facilities was good, clean and spacious. If we lived in this area we would of definitely joined monthly in a heart beat. We really enjoyed our gym sessions and when in the area again we will return. Thank you Ignite, you was fab!

Negative experience: Not a good gym at all. Much better gyms are available in the local area. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. Avoid it at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Visited Llandudno for a long weekend to do the Conwy park run. Always like to find a gym to use while I am away and was very happy with Ignite. It is spacious with a good variety of equipment and free weights. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the price was a bargain. Would happily use again if ever I returned to Llandudno.

Negative experience: While on holiday this weekend, my trainer and I visited the gym. Very nicely priced but that's where the good news ends. Girl on reception greeted us well and we started on our workout. Then things started going wrong. I moved from free weights to one of the cable machines to find a huge weight discrepancy. Went to try the other cable set in the other room to find that also had a huge weight discrepancy. The owner claimed it's cuz the base plate was different on both cables but, ultimately, 18kg should mean 18kg. To top that off it seemed like the whole gym was filled with people on steroids. Will not be visiting here again.

Fantastic experience: I was up on holiday for a week and was looking for a gym to continue my training. Had a look at a couple of gyms in the area and decided that I would give IGNITE a go. I wasn't disappointed. Good equipment, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Will be using IGNITE again next time
