I wanted to clarify a few points regarding your recent review. It appears there has been some misunderstanding. You are not a member of our gym, and the incident involving your fall from your bike, which unfortunately resulted in damage to your phone, is unrelated to our establishment. After reviewing the CCTV footage, it is clear that the cause of your fall was not connected to our gym or anyone associated with it. Given that you have not visited our gym or any other gym but the look of things, your review may be misleading. If your intention with the review was to follow through on a threat to cause harm or trouble, i understand, thats the trouble with reviews, it gives no context. While I could report the review and request its removal, I have decided to leave it as is, allowing others to form their own judgments. Great independent gym - got everything you need, loads of equipment, space to work out and overall a good vibe about the place - will definitely return if back in the area. Fantastic experience: Where do i start? Stumbled upon here while waiting for my car to be fixed next door. I'll try & keep it short: Staff: very friendly & helpfull. Equipment: Lots of old school machinery, that i hadn't used before, that left my body in tatters. Nutrition: Excellent small cafe built in that does real tasty nutritious food & homemade shakes. Atmosphere: no ego/tense feeling but also not fluffy at all. A large range of all backgrounds & colours laughing & getting to it.
