Fantastic experience: I've been going to the universal Gym around 12 years now. It's grown and adapted to the ever growing customers. The thing is it feels so welcoming , the staff are by far the most kindest, funniest humans ever!! Each and everyone has a individual character that shines. Without this gym, the friends I've made and the family who made it happen I literally would not be whom I am today because I love being there.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always happy to show you how to use a new piece of equipment or update your fitness plan. Highly recommend you try it before any others in the area!

Fantastic experience: Just joined and had my first session on Saturday. Staff were all really friendly and there's a great selection of equipment to use. Will definitely go back in the hope to finally find a steady exercise routine!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly gym that takes out the worry of being watched by others and feeling nervous. All the staff here are really friendly and professional, going out their way to make sure you are safe and know what you are doing. No show-offs here, with generally a slightly more mature demographic, which really put me at ease joining as I am a nervous gym go-er considering I don't have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to working out. Special shout out to Louis who, on joining, showed me how to complete a full routine to get me started on the right foot. Would highly recommend.

Been going there for 5 years and have sadly had to move to another due to heading off to university and it is not the same haha. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. The equipment is top end, there is everything I want and the gym is always improving. The atmosphere around the gym is lovely and always full of friendly faces and people looking to help people out. For me, this is not just a gym. This is a safe place for me to focus on improving myself and take my mind away from whatever struggles I may be facing at that time. If I’m having a rough day I’ll get down to universal and I will always feel better walking out of the door than I did walking into it. Fantastic experience: fantastic gym with variety of equipment, staff are so friendly and always more than happy to help. They go above and beyond for their customers including hiring out halls for parties to thank us as customers. Throughout lock down they continued posting videos and classes so we could adapt our work outs to our homes, always upbeat despite how hard it must have been for them as a business. could not recommend a better gym.

I remember when I started going years ago i had a pre conception that it would be full of meat heats and be really intimidating! I couldn’t of been more wrong! Fantastic experience: Great variety of equipment and very helpful and knowledgable staff. Always make you feel welcome. Ladies only part of the gym too . Go to some of there classes staff are informative and show you each move before you start.

Positive experience: My grand daughter really enjoyed it. Clean and tidy, snacks available at reasonable prices. A good place for kids to let off steam in a safe environment.

Positive experience: The gym itself is brilliant. Only issue is the company used to manage the subscription. If you miss a payment they'll try to charge you more than they state in their terms and conditions

Fantastic experience: UFC is a fantastic gym. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, the environment is always clean and motivating. Harvey is constantly upgrading every aspect of the facility, from the equipment, studio or the on site shop. The classes are well run and fun and there's plenty of choices if you fancy a post workout protein shake or any other supplements. If I was going to run a gym, this is exactly what I'd want mine to be. It's the only gym you should be using in Bourne.

Fantastic experience: Literally my favourite place. I've been to all kinds of gyms before but if you're after a gym that's a great place to train with a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere then this is the place. There's always someone around willing to help, strong selection of classes, lots of kit including everything you'd ever really need. It's a place you can exercise without feeling judged, always feeling welcome and supported. It's not trying to be a fancy luxury gym or offer anything unique and crazy. It's a gym that does exactly what it says on the tin. Whatever you want to achieve you've got all you need and people there who care about helping you without trying to force you through their 'process' and no hard selling. Honestly the best gym I've ever been to, cannot recommend it enough. If you're local or just visiting, go have a look.

Fantastic experience: Not the biggest gym but very clean, friendly staff and if you know your way around a gym it has exactly what you need. Cheap membership too. Attended my first circuit tonight (13/05/20) and definitely wont be my last. 10/10 to the instructor, very approachable and knowledgeable. Made it a killer circuit very enjoyable. Compliments to him!

Positive experience: Staff are very friendly. Gym is slightly too small but it is being expanded currently. Prices very competitive and good selection of supplements.

Positive experience: Good selection of weights and machines, good balance of cardio and free weights for the size of the place. Kit is on the older side but still fit for purpose. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Visited many times over the years.

They've a good mix of cardio & weights, with tons of machines & free weights too, so have something to suit everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone. You're doing a brilliant job guys.
