We are home to a bunch of enthusiastic Judoka and offer everything from recreational Judo for family fitness and fun, to serious competition training, for both kids and adults.
As a sport and as a club, we pride ourselves on welcoming everyone, from children to adults, experienced competitors to beginners. We provide a safe space and encourage a family like environment offering everything from recreational judo for all the family to competitive training.
Judo, meaning âgentle wayâ is a modern Japanese martial art, which later evolved into a combat and Olympic sport. Not only does the sport depend on the physical structure of an individual it also requires a strong mentality and the correct morals. With this in mind, judo has been seen to work in connection with other sports, which are both physically and mentally challenging, such as rugby.
