Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a friendly local gym, with fantastic advice this is the place. I've been going for about 3 weeks and Vince is an absolute gem! (and what's more he's quite an interesting guy too!) Admittedly it doesn't look very appealing from outside but once in you'll be greeted warmly and probably surprised by the amount of machines, weights ect on offer. Can't recommend it enough!
