Fantastic experience: I’m now probably the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been thanks to Steve’s morning classes at RO - gives a proper structure to training, keeps me accountable every week and has a great community vibe

People complaining on £40 month fee get a grip,go train else where cheaper with less machines. If you want to train here pay the fee simple as stop moaning. I won’t train anywhere else other than RO Fitness

Negative experience: Veryyyyyyyyyy expensive £40 a month and less equipments and not even 24/7 they close by 8pm. He is monopoly because there is no gym in Pyle but I prefer to go to Portalbot 24/7 and only £27 but this gym is a way expensive I know lots of friends want to go to that gym but because its very expensive they cant afford it

Fantastic experience: Finally faced my social anxiety and forced myself in to the gym. So glad I did! The gym is really well equipped, I never have to wait for anything in there. Luc and Elisha have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'm so glad to be back on the path to health and fitness. Totally recommend the place to anyone, experienced or not.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive about joining at first, knowing only a few members, but when I met with Richie he gave me a tour of the gym and described his vision for it which was an interesting and exciting prospect. Having since got to meet the rest of the team, I now feel part of something and completely comfortable in my surroundings. Any advice or pointers I need are there on hand all the time. The classes are second to none and I have really noticed my overall fitness improve since taking them. There's a great community spirit in the gym and everyone is really friendly. The equipment available caters for all and is of the highest quality. Try the gym out. After a month you won't look to go anywhere else.
