Fantastic experience: First time coming to this gym because I'm on hoilday ! I'm from Birmingham and have to say that this gym is number one gym ! Had a really good work out ! Not for the fainthearted gym ! If your offended by people who look good training......you don't belong at this gym !

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t big on gyms before new body, new to the whole environment new body really made me feel comfortable, welcomed and supported. Staff are really friendly, always reaching to hep support your goals and explain how to use the equipment to people who have no idea. I 100% recommend this gym for everyone, it’s full of diversity and has a big homely feel to it. The equipment is really good too and members are really friendly, never had felt judged in this gym

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been too. It's small an intimate, very good equipment especially if your into serious weight training. I love the weight loaded machines they you don't find in the common chain brand gyms. No need to be intimidated there are a range of ages, gender and size. Staff are very friendly Its busy at the weekend. Bad points, Music is alittle too loud, it's cold in there during winter, it's a little on the expensive side. Would be better if they had WiFi.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended New Body by a few people. All saying team are really friendly, welcoming and there’s a real sense of community. I decided to join, even though i was very anxious I continue to push through with the help of the absolutely amazing Amesha. All the team are lovely but Amesha has gone above and beyond to help me build confidence. I would have quit already without her helping me so massive thanks to Amesha and Team New Body. Looking forward to 2023.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at new body for over a year now and the facilities are second to none with a vast choice of equipment that’s well maintained, easy to use and accommodates all ages and abilities. The staff who work there are not only incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable but also go above and beyond for their members, which in this industry is rare. My training and mindset has improved massively thanks to new body and I highly recommend them. No matter where you are in your fitness journey be that in the middle or at the very start, new body has your best interests at heart - your goals are their goals. I only wish I’d joined sooner! Fantastic experience: Recently moved from another gym in the area and find this place suits me better. Light and spacious with a great atmosphere, helpful staff and plenty of machines, free weights and functional equipment. Free parking and great tunes on the playlist are a bonus… Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to New Body since sept 2021 when I started 1-1 PT with Carly Lawes. I then joined as member in Dec 2021. Absolutely amazing staff (Amesha, Ross, Lucy, Carly & others) & proper gym workout vibes with top music. I hardly ever where my headphones when working out this gym. On a side note to the gym if you are looking for a PT who is going to transform your compounds & overall strength Carly is ya girl. Best investment I’ve made. Thanks NB.

Great equipment too. I won't go anywhere else. I have been to many gyms before including "the best gym in weymouth (zone)" and nothing compares to new body.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in Weymouth in my opinion. The only reason I am not currently registered is because I live closer to another gym that is slightly more convenient to get to.

Fantastic experience: Needed a gym to train at whilst away on holiday in the Weymouth area. New Body is a fantastic gym with all the weight machines you can think of. Up to 70kgdumbbells, lots of bars and racks etc too. Would definitely train here if I was a local.

Negative experience: Because I had a ten date trial. I when for 1/2 hour and they told me if I don't go for the full ten day I won't get charged. I got charged £40.92.
