Fantastic experience: Last Saturday evening we dined in the restaurant. Service was prompt and the food was excellent. My husband had the seabass which he said was the best he had ever tasted. I had the stuffed chicken breast. The portions were very generous. We were served by Henry, who although his badge said he was a trainee was so attentive and polite regularly checking with us that we were happy with our food. We had a voucher which family had bought us and will definitely suggest that as a present option again.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place, clean and modern. We were on kids tennis tournament. Great organisation of event. I was pleased to find a very nice restaurant there with great food and service. Hope to visit more events there.

Positive experience: Would have been a 10 as the club is fantastic- when you can book a court. The focus needs to go back to the adult members and away from the needs of the children. Let's remember who actually pays for the courts. Why do children use the courts at prime time after 6pm- when they are not allowed in the gym after 6pm. I have raised this comment on numerous occasions and never received a response.

Fantastic experience: The lady that showed me around was lovely and answered all my questions. I have a hearing problem which means I lip read a lot and don't make eye contact and she spoke at just the right speed for me and was very patient. She was very knowledgeable about everything and she was really welcoming which made me feel I was already part of the club.

Fantastic experience: A touch of class in Medway! Best service. I would say I'd class this as casual fine dining, strange but true. We've been here 3 times now. For breakfast, Sunday lunch and dinner. BREAKFAST the best in medway, people would deem it slightly pricey, I say, you get what you pay for. Top quality sausage and bacon, everything cooked to perfection. SUNDAY LUNCH This really was the highlight of my week! Had the beef brisket, Yorkshire and trimmings were exceptional, I prefer my roasties a little browner though! DINNER mind blowing presentation and service. Great quality, once again,, feels a little expensive but we'll worth it. We had the scallops, Steak and strawberry tart. Stunning

Fantastic experience: I am a massive fan for this gym. I have literally been a member for a year now so a good time to reflect on my experience . The good . The place is spotless . The cleaners and maintenance do a fantastic job. The parking is well maintained , well lit and secure . The corridors are fob secure and changing rooms spacious with fob controlled lockers. On entry the reception staff are very polite and a restaurant provides both snacks and full menu meals with full bar too . As the months rolled on I found the equipment to well maintained and accessible , my fitness program which I do myself allows me to constantly vary my training and switch between equipment and free weights with a well thought out gym structure including cables , skill bikes , SkillMill, a Ski erg , rowers , free weights , Omnia Technogym , and various bags and functional equipment . The whole experience can be managed in an app supplied by Technogym. It is a very good, well structured gym with incredibly talented and very knowledgeable personal trainers . Highly recommended. The bad . The changing face of the fitness industry means that consumers need more then just a gym . They need motivation focus and community. The class structure allows for a element of this to run very successfully but a class does not cater for the need to train only the experience of it . The industry has moved on and adapting to its changing face is where AT is lacking . It’s very good at what it is , but I feel the experience of community is severely lacking in creating an atmosphere where members can engage as the Tennis members do with their tournaments etc is something I am still waiting to experience there . The whole team is a well polished machine and for the price of membership you do get exactly what you pay for a very well run gym.

Fantastic experience: Introduction as a whole has been very welcoming and the facilities look brilliant.Staff were very informative and helpful throughout the process.

Negative experience: I’ve just had my second lunch in the restaurant and was unhappy with the food on both occasions. The large salad was mostly watercress and the chicken breast was so chewy I couldn’t eat it. Although the kind waiter asked if everything was OK, I didn’t want to spoil the time with my lovely friends. I also felt it was a little expensive considering the quality of the food.

Positive experience: Food was ok but service was the slowest we have ever experienced. We were recommended to try it by friends who have had breakfasts and lunches during the week. Had to wait half an hour for drinks and then 20 minutes more to order food. Table was booked for half 3 but we were 10 minutes early as one of us was very hungry. Roast dinners arrived an hour from when we sat down, potatoes and broccoli were quite hard, meat was nice, biggest lamb shank I’ve ever had to be fair. Plates took an age to be cleared from the table. Wasn’t going to order a dessert because we wondered how long it would take but we did and it took ages. Sticky toffee pudding was lovely, ice cream was beautiful but the chocolate torte was laughable, it was so tiny and on a massive plate, I asked the waiter where the rest of it was and we were crying laughing at the table. Got to our table at 15.20 and left at 17.00 after having two courses and one drink each. It’s not a surprise it’s not busy and in all honesty it’s a shame that the service was so bad because it meant we scrutinised every part of the meal. Won’t be going back.

Negative experience: No dogs allowed in the outdoor area which is not very pleasant anyway. Only reason we ended up here is it was the only place to serve breakfast in the area that had outdoor space so we assumed dogs were allowed. It didn't seem like a very nice area to sit in, so if we didn't have a dog we wouldn't have booked here.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic local sports facility for all ages and ability with a great friendly team of coaches and with a restaurant that offers light refreshments and a very tempting lunch and evening menu. The venue has excellent free parking and post exercise changing rooms with many facilities.

Fantastic experience: The most friendly gym I’ve ever belonged to. The PTs are very helpful and always there to help. The tennis coaches are extremely professional and approachable and run a very good kids program as well as one to one coaching.

Negative experience: my girlfriend andi popped in for lunch. while staff were lovely and very helpful, our food was not very good at all, Lasagna was burnt and i just couldnt eat it . so payed for wot we had already eaten and drunk and left , nice setting , and very clean , but food a let down.

Fantastic experience: Booked a table very easily online and had a delicious cod’n’chips. Chips were particularly fluffy like my mums old fashioned chips. Followed with a custard tart, which I scoffed way too quickly, and soy flat white. Absolutely delicious. Fantastic service from Kerry and Chloe. I will be back soon! Tables were very well spaced out and everything was scrupulously clean. I felt safe and relaxed.

The staff without exception are wonderful. The facilities are spotless and in order. The bar and restaurant worthy of many stars. Do yourself a favour and come here.

Negative experience: Just been here for breakfast. Ordered smoked salmon with poached eggs. Although the eggs looked lovely the yolks were hard. My partner had full breakfast with poached eggs and his were hard too. I know I should have complained but no one even came to ask how breakfast was. I've would always expect the yolks to be soft in poached eggs. Very disappointed
