F45 Training Cardiff Central

Negative experience: Received an email saying that I owed them money! I only ever signed up for a £7 free try out trial with no contract, I never even went to it! Then over a year later recieved a threatening email saying I owed them money and that if I didn't pay it they would just take it out of my account. Emailed them back and never received a reply, tried ringing and it always goes to voice mail! Now I'm scared they are going to take money out of my account that I can't afford! So horrible to recieved this when we are in a cost of living crisis and bills are so high!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal gym! All the staff here make it feel like a community. Sarah goes above and beyond to make you feel like a part of the team. The workouts are challenging but make you feel so good and proud of yourself. Don’t hesitate to sign up for f45!

Fantastic experience: My new happy place! I’ve been going to F45 in Birmingham since 2019 and was so excited to find out when we moved to Penarth that Cardiff has one! F45 Cardiff really made me feel welcomed. Instructors are very friendly and helpful! It’s a great place to come for a really good intense workout while having fun doing it. The gym, equipment and facilities are new and always immaculate! It’s situated right in the centre of Cardiff and near the Cardiff Central station! So easy to go to.

Strictest adherence to COVID protocols which is reassuring (other review I saw here completely misguided in their negativity). You pay for what you get - outstanding workout, quality personal trainers, slick equipment & gym space. Highly recommend. Special shoutout to Matt, Luke & Pippa, their boundless enthusiasm in running the classes makes all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't imagine going back to the regular gym since joining F45. The various routines and huge range of equipment means every workout is different and keeps things interesting. The trainers are really friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and tidy and there is a great atmosphere at every session. Couldn't' recommend more.
