Fantastic experience: Fantastic and first class fitness enablers. Really helpful, polite and professional staff too.
Fantastic experience: The thing I love most about the gym group is that it’s every where in the uk! There’s no branch I have been to that the staff aren’t nice and the gyms are big enough for you to not feel cramped up. Plus they have the cutest app that’s so helpful. It’s a really good gym ask for an affordable price!

Positive experience: First thing is . It's the best option in Carlisle for 24/7 gym. Equipments are good and well maintained ,however, its unhygienic as they don't have cleaning rolls anymore .In the name of zero emissions ,we are spreading all the germs .Most of the users don't bring anything to clean and do not clean equipment after using.Either they should ask all the users to clean the equipment after using or stock cleaning paper. I know they clean the gym every day ,but it's not enough. All the cardio equipment are mostly covered in sweat. I hope they understand this.
Hi, hope you are well. Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines.

Positive experience: It is a gym… was busy when we wanted to go, very small and lots of people. Too small to say it’s in the centre of Carlisle but atleast we got our workout done

Positive experience: Good selection of machines, CV and weights. Changing rooms and showers on site are good. Has a body composition machine. Staff were available and answered questions when I was there in the daytime.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for years, and I've gotta say, it's a very friendly place, where everyone is so nice, talkative and happy. The staff are unreal in Carlisle, and so many machines etc, that it's rare you can't get on anything when needed. The light and open nature of the gym is fantastic, as it can get busy, but you don't ever feel cramped at all. Arguably the best gym in Carlisle

Fantastic experience: Never go too gym
Negative experience: Gym is good, well equipped and kept clean. Absolutely let down by the parking situation which resulted in me getting £200 worth of fines for parking there to use the gym before 6am. I was never told I need to enter my reg into a tablet when I joined the gym, nor was it in the welcome email. You get 3 hours free after 6am with no requirement to enter your reg, so if you generally attend after 6am you’ll get stung if you enter the car park before 6am and don’t know you need to enter your reg. this should have been made abundantly clear on joining which it wasn’t. When I raised this with Gym Group they just washed their hands and said it wasn’t their responsibility and there’s nothing they can do. Really poor and I can see a lot of people getting stung this way.

We are sorry to hear that you have been issued a fine but I'm afraid there is nothing we can do in retracting this as we do not manage the parking at any of our gyms and therefore have no jurisdiction over the decision. The car parking company typically manages it either on their own behalf or on behalf of the leaseholder of the premises/land. The parking regulations would be highlighted on your member's area, such as the maximum time and in the branch if they require you to input your car registration on each visit. If you have been issued a parking fine and are not in breach of the parking regulations, you will need to contact the parking company directly to appeal this fine. The parking instructions for your branch are highlighted on the branch page, and also located in the manage parking section of the member's area when you log in. You will be able to access your gym usage information via the member's area to supply evidence for the appeal. Simply head to the My Gym tab and select My Gym usage. There you will see a graph for the current month which you can change, and at the bottom of the page, you will find a table with a complete view of the specific date and times of your visits. Fantastic experience: Good sized gym with plenty of equipment, clean changing rooms and very friendly PTs. Excellent value for money. No issues parking, highly recommended.
Negative experience: Gym seems clean , good opening hrs. Staff let it down though , odd member of staff are friendly and helpful. The rest are not customer friendly and just look through you. If you are looking for helpful staff avoid. If you just want a simple gym fits the bill.

Fantastic experience: Had a couple of visits here while visiting family over the weekend. Really decent layout and amount of kit. Everyone was sound and just getting on with their training, didn't have to wait for any equipment and no bad vibes whatsoever. The three day pass was excellent value for money too! Will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Friendly feel, kept clean and good selection of equipment. There are lots of classes on each day which you can easily book on with the gym app when you have a membership. There's a tenga water machine which is great for encouraging hydration during workouts.
